I didn't like the response time of communication. I never received a check-in email with details for my room and how to get into the facility. I arrived there and couldn't get inside. There was no staff to talk to until I called a customer service number. It was not good experience. And I don't think I received the room that I booked for.

The bed was great (comfort, size), so was the size of our room (which unfortunately did not look at all like the photos). The lobby was simply beautiful! The breakfast was quite limited.

Gorgeous apartment and quite spacious. The balcony was fabulous and the garden was beautiful. Big shower too was such a nice surprise!!!! Definitely a more local neighborhood which was pretty nice to see Vienna in that way.

Contactless entree. Everything was clean. Looked really pretty The beds were very very firm. The shower had little water pressure

The breakfast was great. You had to order eggs for breakfast.

Breakfast was not amazing. Mostly cold cuts of meat with cheese, and some pastries and spreads.

The staff are friendly and lovely.

On the first night, I returned to the hotel around 1:00 a.m. after sightseeing, but the key wouldn’t open the door. I ended up being locked out of my room until 4:00 a.m. 1. The door lock was extremely difficult to open, and during check-in the staff only gave a very brief explanation, saying “pull and push,” which was not helpful at all. 2. Before going out for sightseeing (around 6 p.m.), I had messaged the hotel to let them know my expected return time and to ask them to be available in case we couldn't open the door. However, they never responded. Even when I kept contacting them while I was locked out, there was still no reply. 3. The door eventually opened by sheer luck, but their lack of response was extremely unprofessional, and I did not receive any refund. The experience left me mentally and physically devastated. As a result, I couldn’t go sightseeing until 4:00 p.m. the next day, which ruined two days of my trip to Vienna.

Very nice hotel, located in a quite neighbourhood. Bus stop nearby. Easy, contactless check in after 5pm. Clean, spacious, and warm rooms. Helpful staff, good breakfast. Courtyard with beautiful garden. Definitely, value for a price. No wifi

Super clean and calm. Great for couples or businesses meetings. Room was amazing, big, new, cozy We weren't sent the room code and had to call and wait outside to get in. This was unexpected. Hopefully it will be solved with the next visitors.

it is decorated really nice and the rooms are worm, clean, beautiful and cool

Excellent location for my work trip, clean and equiepped. Fine Wifi connection. Room was a bit too warm, because radiator in bathroom was hot. I didn´t find a way to regulate it.
