The accomodation is lovely, refurbished, clean, central, quiet. The hosts are super friendly, very accessible and always ready with an answer and a good word. Many thanks.

Everything was excellent: the cleanliness of the room, its spaciousness, the location, and the friendly staff. I stayed for one night on my own, and thanks to the great location, I was able to explore the city easily without any difficulties.

The location The room was smelly!! The beds are broken from underneath, the lobby was full of some sort of waste animals maybe!! Not enough toilet paper not enough towels The bathroom was very dirty!! Overall the most uncomfortable and not clean place to stay!!

The location was pretty central We experienced several issues during our stay, the main one being poor communication. Before arrival, we asked if we could leave our bags early and were told no, so we paid to use an external luggage service. However, the check-in instructions later stated that early bag drop-off was actually available, which meant we spent unnecessary money. For the price we paid ($470 for one night), the room did not meet expectations. The shower drain was clogged and water didn’t drain properly, there was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom drains, the mattress felt old and uncomfortable, and the shower soap dispensers hadn’t been refilled.

I am sad to give this place a « fair » review, because the room was super nice and the location is perfect. I do not enjoy false advertising. I travel extensively all around the world and I understand the concept of the « self check-in » but this left me feeling like I was dismissed and taken advantage of. There was a sign in the room that gave a 24/7 number for assistance, and that is a complete lie. The same sign says your room will be cleaned daily, which didn’t happen either. The latter didn’t bother me as much but as I said, I just don’t like false advertising. The biggest issue was the building entrance being dodgy. The system with ringing a bell and being buzzed in is not a good one. On several occasions I found myself stuck outside for 20 minutes at 2am in the cold and the rain wondering if I would ever get in. Sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn’t, and I was lucky to find a random person who lived in the building to open the door for me. It should always work. The customer service when I finally got someone to answer me was dismissive or ghosting me. I was supposed to be able to leave my luggage after check-out and no one answered my message. I am writing this in the hopes of someone from the hotel seeing it and improving on these points for future guests, because the place itself is lovely.

The location is great Very confusing check in instructions. There is no personal on site and nobody pick up the phone. Took us quite a bit of time to figure out how to get in.

The room was dirty, bed unmade, and used towels on the floor. The mattresses were incredibly uncomfortable to sleep on. The room was hot and the windows had no screens so opening let in insects. Overall a truly miserable experience.

It was hot throughout Vienna and not having an air conditioner was a big problem.

The property was clean, easy to find, accessible by public transit. Also had air conditioning which was great with the heat. The coffee was nice and check-in was easy as was check-out. Friendly staff to help with the check in. My shower had problems. The overhead rain shower head did not work. It was completely clogged and leaked over the sides. The part that would hold up the smaller body-washer was broken as well. The towel hooks had also broken off in my room.

Bathroom floor and the carpet in the room could have been cleaner. It was a bit noisy in the morning ( from the street).
