The Karlsplatz transport hib offering connection to all parts of Vienna is just a 2-minute walk away. The Rote Bar and Grüne Bar restaurants serve international and traditional Viennese cuisine. The staff were incredible!!!! I loved all the bell men and wine and the concierges. They never made us feel like a nuisance and always seemed so excited to have us there

The staff, the room. The hotel itself makes you feel like you were in the 1800's. It is worth going at least once in a lifetime. Bed was not the bed I have slept in. For me, pillows we too flat, even when having more than one. Breakfast was very good, but not the best one I have been, specially for the price.

Hotel Sacher is in a great location close to every touristic attraction, shopping and restaurants. The hotel is very well maintained, great staff, beautiful rooms and very clean. The breakfast is very good and at night the bar and drinks are amazing as well! The beds or better today the mattress are very soft and you sink in it, not very good for back or to have a good night sleep. The pillows also need to be better as I had to put 3 pillows to make up for one.

The quality of everting The price, the size of the room, and the emergency test were all issues. I had to wake up three or four times to switch off the lights during the test. The test took place between 12:00 and 2:00 a.m., which is deep sleeping time for me. This was a very bad situation. Because of it, I had to sleep until 10:00 a.m. I only had three nights in Vienna, and this ended up being a wasted day for me. ?♂️

Given price/rate and reputation the room shows way too much patina (switches, sockets,…). A bad smell from the sink and an „always on“ AC/heating doesn’t help at all.
