High quality hotel, everything so clean and so perfect, new facilities. A lovely patio in the center of the hotel. The staff were wonderful, and the service was exceptionally good.

no closet to hang clothes? Could have been a little roomier, but for a European hotel, size isn't comparable to American hotels. No space really to lay out suitcases for example.

Tea bags (drinks) need to be purchased separately; the reason there was no kettle in the room was probably because I didn't make additional purchase.

Great location, clean and super comfy There was no personal bathroom amenities like toothbrush , no coffee machine or water bottles at least and there was no phone to ask for any help! You have to go to the reception to ask for anything.

A modern, youthful hotel with an excellent location They don't provide all the services in the room, such as a coffee machine.

Location. Staff providing ice cube buckets since the room had no fridge. Need to do your own check-in. Room missing fridge! Room missing water boiler! Room missing proper rubbish bin. Shower cabinet in the room instead of a proper bathroom. Room got TWO small safes BUT both to small to put a laptop.

Hotel is close to the center with easy access to public transport. The breakfast was very good with a lot of options to choose from. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. You can do an online check-in and u unlock the room with a phone (internet access), which can be convenient. The soap and body lotion smell nice. There is a nearby parking lot for about 25 eur/day. The hotel prompts and spams you about doing an online check-in. Anyone can get inside the hotel without noticing, because the reception is located far from the entrance. Breakfast are is not very big and some tables are not very comfortable to sit at.

Newly built location close to the Canal. It has a limited but nice kitchen that is ready to prepare meals until 9:30 pm. Breakfast buffet is varied and generous. Staff are very friendly. The facility is clearly geared to younger patrons (mostly 40 and under), but not exclusively. It is pretty “bear bones”. They do not offer housekeeping during your stay. They are helpful staff, but be willing and able to provide most services you need for yourself.
