Very big rooms and separate shower room to toilet. Large wardrobes and desk area. Easily accessible from trams and buses. Some restaurants and cafes within walking distance also. At the time of stay there was an issue with the air conditioning, they had provided a fan but rooms were very stuffy making it difficult to sleep during the heatwave.

Nice and close to the Franz Joseph station where we arrived. Tram route close by for easy access to city centre. Quiet street. Very reasonable price The air conditioning in the room we were assigned was not working and it was 35+. We were up on the top floor, sunshine directly onto the sleeping ceiling and therefore a warm room anyway. Receptionist immediately transferred us to a room on a lower floor with working air conditioning. So all good :-)
