The gentleman at the front desk was so hospitable and the location was good. Small, but expected.

Clean room walk distance to city center N/A

Breakfast and location. Biscuit and Peanut packets were kept in the room without mentioning the price on mini bar price list. We thought that it’s complimentary; however, these were charged on check out.

WiFi signal sometimes weak in the room

Location, walking distance from city center (15’ approx) and metro station (8’ approx). Cleanliness, and the warm and friendly attitude of the staff. I would definitely come back. The shower phone should be fixed or replaced - it gets a bit uncomfortable having to hold it all the time while taking a shower.

Clean room with everything I need, always cleaned up every day. Good air conditioning, a pleasure getting to hotel from a very hot day and enjoying the cold air. Good breakfast. Really nice and friendly people.

Great location on the border with the 1st district. Close to metro and other public transportation. I liked the breakfast. The staff is friendly and a receptionist is 24/7 at the desk.

Loved the personal attention by the staff. The location was amazing and the room was delightfully charming. We loved the breakfast buffet- a great selection of eats. There was nothing we didn’t like about the property.

The rooms are recently renovated and we got lucky and received quite a large room. The water pressure in the shower is amazing. There is a heated towel radiator in the bathroom with a thermostat. It's one of the few places in Vienna with air conditioning. The breakfast was good, not super variated over the different days, though. Decent coffee, nice croissants, eggs, cheese, fruit etc. The towels are changed daily and the room is also tidied up daily. I didn't like that the beds were rather hard and sometimes we woke up with back pain. My mother didn't enjoy that we had only one key that needed to be left at the reception when we left the hotel.

Very friendly helpful staff. Was able to leave luggage before check in time and after check out time. Excellent location for Chritmas markets and main tourist attractions. Excellent value for money. Would have preferred tea and coffee making facilities in the room, but they were available on our floor.

Location is excellent, next to the famous Mariahilferstrasse, at the downtown end. Price was also very low, due to some early-year discount, so a great deal. Thanks to booking.com Genius program, I also had a free breakfast. Bathroom, while very clean, also a bit small, especially the toilet. There were some loud noises, apparently coming from the heating, during the night.

Very nice, warm and professional personnel Good location The bathroom had very very bad smell probably from toilet backdraft (either way, very unpleasant for the first few hours,we had to open all windows) Entry doors and bathroom doors had troubles staying closed,we had to push with our hands to lock the door. No sound proofing between room and hallway, people talking and closing doors were clearly heard...especially bad during night when we were sleeping and someone banging their door and talking at 4 in the morning. Overall i have to give a bad rating of 2 "Very Poor" because i am dissapointed, this is a 8.3 star review hotel...maybe this is just one time unlucky room with the smell and very noisy neighbours but still...the smell wouldnt be there if someone just entered a room a few hours before and the noise wouldnt be there if there was better insulation.

The most absurd part was this: there is no minibar in the room (which is already bad), but when I asked about water, the employee told me to take a glass and drink the water from the bathroom. At that point, I almost cried in desperation. It is disgusting, unacceptable, and unbelievable. I tried to buy water in the lobby, and once again I was told, “get it from the bathroom.” This shows a total lack of respect for guests. Horrible. Disgusting. Awful. Not worth it, not even for the location. Do not stay at this hotel.
