At a first glance all was right , but we noticed that every thing was dirty .tables , floors , the bathroom, we stayed fur 6 days , after 3 nights we asked for house cleaning they just changed the towels , no bed linen , you can write your name on the night tables , disgusting floors , never seen worse . Just the location , front desk staff were adequate.

We had a wonderful experience at Hotel Topazz & Lamée. The hotel is of a very high standard, and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Misleading Breakfast Info: Booking.com listed breakfast hours but did not mention it wasn't included. We discovered upon arrival that it comes at a high additional cost of €132 for our family. Bathroom Odor: There was a strong smell of urine in the bathroom, which was very hard to ventilate since it is an internal room. Security & Service Unresponsiveness: Our room door was left completely open by the cleaning staff for two consecutive days, apparently due to an issue with the carpet height. I contacted customer service via Booking on both evenings asking them to check the security cameras. They only replied 3 days later, telling me to speak to the local staff. The reception had no idea about the issue but promised to take care of it. Elevator Delays: The hotel has only one elevator. Since the rooftop is a popular spot for outside visitors, it caused constant and frustrating wait times.

Lication and the room No espresso coffee mashine and no free botle of water like in every 5 star hotel

Location is very good - central Hotel is outdated. It is advertised as a 5 star hotel but it functions like a 2 star. Reception, housekeeping and maintenance are doing a poor job.

Nice design and furniture. Super central location (although it turned out not to be ideal with the crowds of tourists and horse-drawn carriages outside almost 24/7). Excellent soundproofing—I couldn't hear anything from the street or other guests in the hallway. Great breakfast with the most relaxed atmosphere. The room with a balcony had clearly been used as a smoking room in the past. It still smells strongly of smoke—you'll need to wash your hair every morning because it absorbs the odor overnight. The room could also have been cleaner. I've attached photos of dark hairs in the shower (I'm blonde) and a dusty nightstand. The hotel also misrepresented the bed. It was advertised as a queen bed, but it was actually two twin beds pushed together with a thin mattress topper and two small duvets.
