No air conditioning which made it very hard to sleep during the hot days, room was very small despite having everything necessary.

The location is very good, close to city center and some main attractions by public transportation. Staff was helpful and friendly. Spacious room and comfy bed. Cozy old furniture - though some were already about to fall apart. First night we didn't have warm water in the shower, but the staff fixed it very quickly, even though it was very late when I called them. The room lighting wasn't adequate, several bulbs were missing from both the bathroom light and the chandelier. The desk lamp was broken, and there were no bedside lamps at all. There are no wall sockets close to the beds, which is a must, when everybody wants to charge their phones, etc. Since there was no air conditioning, we had to keep the window open at night, but then the noise from the nearby busy intersection and the constant sirens could be heard, which was really annoying. Breakfast room could also use some improvement, eg. the tables weren't set for breakfast.

Old furniture. Dirty couch. Smelly towels. Cold in the apartment. Bed blankets were very soft and thin. The receptionist was very distant and didn't show a desire to help. We couldn't get any information on parking places and payment, so we had to search on the internet by ourselves. There were only 2-3 cars parked in front of the hotel, but the receptionist said he had no parking vouchers anymore. In the morning, there was a horrible smell of fried oil coming from the kitchen.

15 minutes to sightseeings with trolleybus 18, nearby Burger King. 1 night when we came to room other guest said that your room is full of water, police came and broke the door key, solve the problem with water and then said that we must come to police station and bring the new key. So we go to police station bring the key and come bag, but the room is full of water, and we must stay in the watery room, clothes are wet also. BUT in the morning the reception Ayhan come and apologize for the delay. They allowed us to stay in another room additionally, offer breakfast which is made by so sweet lady. Also, they bring our wet clothes, wash the clothes and after dried them in 2 hours. This delay was first in 4-5 years minimum. Actually, everything was Ok. Thanks a lot. Very tiny room, but they have normal rooms, keep in mind that, we reserved economy room.

The breakfast was ok. The staff is very nice. Overall a good experience. The towels and bedsheets didn't feel very fresh. The hot water from the shower disn't have much pressure, but the receptionist said the whole hotel will be renovated to renew some things and fix small issues.

The family room was spacious and clean, with a renovated bathroom. The staff were welcoming, and the beds were comfortable. The hotel is conveniently located close to Westbahnhof, and the room matched the photos shown online. The hotel might look old, but it has preserved its classic charm.

Totally fine for the money. Cheap, somewhat old, but charming hotel. My room was clean.

There are not any slippers for the guests. Bathroom is small and is not clean.
-
Old furniture, in the bathroom there was some mold.

The only thing I missed was a mini fridge.

One very clean and for this level, really comfortable accomodation. Public transport connection extremely good, S-bahn and U6-bahn 2 mins from the hotel and with one or two switches can catch almost every place in the city. One more detail, the hotel staff were able us to leave our bags before check-in due to our early comming in the city. Some tipps in a bath or doors could be better done.

Not too clean, we had a fresh vomit stain on the carpet from the previous guests, we asked for it to be more thoroughly cleaned... didn t happen. Furniture was from previous century so flimsy and crappy Bathroom was awkeardly divided: toilet and shower with sink. The subway station nearby... the meet up place for junkies, non stop. Police came daily there but still not really made us feel at ease. The neighborhood full of kebabplaces, so you get the picture. Felt safe during the day.

Staff wasn't very welcoming and friendly. Seemed annoyed by questions. The Room was full of cracks and missing tiles in the bathroom. Breakfast looked shocking (i didn't dare to try) Unbearable noise during the night from other rooms and having my room located next to the elevator wasn't helping

There was no A/C in any of the twin rooms, so we had to pay for a tripple room + extra for the A/C, and it didn't even work properly - it was still 30°C every time I entered the room. Some rooms have not been renovated for quite some time, and they lack essential features like locks on the bathroom doors, fridges/mini bars, and A/Cs.

One person receptionist was really ugly and he doesn’t understand or respect customer’s requirements. He was arguing and rude. He was asking us to do his work in restaurants during our breakfast. Unbelievable dumb and unprofessional person. Breakfast was cold and we need to asked more food because it was finished many times. For example, He said that we have to go another place to take breakfast. His opinion was that their breakfast prices are very low so it doesn’t need to be good. We said that still there supposed to be food if you sell it! Not friendly atmosphere at all. Sorry for the owners that they’ve so unprofessional workers.
