The hotel was well staffed, everyone working was friendly and helpful.

No issues would Def stay again.

The only thing missing from the room is a kettle and coffee.

Was perfect for a short stay, close to public transport and easy to walk anywhere.

A bit loud for a family with a baby, but it wasn't too bad. No electrical kettle and slippers. It would be good having a boiled water for making a tea, especially for a baby to give them a cooled boiled water

The toilet is inside the room (not separate) and there is no privacy literally.

The staff Everything was perfect

All the staff were friendly and very helpful and eager to answer our questions and needs. The room, tough on the small side, was comfortable and very clean. The bed, with extra pillows, was extremely comfortable. The shower was fantastic: roomy and lots of hot water. The towels were thick and luxurious. The breakfast was a great value: a lot of variety and nicely prepared and presented. The breakfasr area had more than enough tables and chairs even on the busiest mornings. All the breakfast staff were so friendly and helpful! A tram stop is directly across the street from the hotel. So, access to the extensive city transit is quick and easy. The smallish room only allowed the presence of only one chair, a desk chair. A comfortable easy chair for reading or relaxing would have been nice. But, there was just not enough space in the room. In fact, there was barely enough room to slide between the wall and the bed. That was not a big issue for us. It would have been nice if there was pen and paper in the room. We wanted to leave a note for the cleaning staff along with our gratuity. The hotel is located a bit away from the city center. But that is reflected in the room price.

Location

Small but very comfortable room, great value for money. Everything was clean, location was also very close to public transport. Parking is a bit expensive and there are very limited number of slots, but overall a good experience. -

Very friendly staff at reception and hotel restaurant. Breakfast is excellent. We come back regularly for sure. Room is not big but has everything, clean, modern and comfortable.

Everything was great

I took the breakfast the first day at the offered reduced rate, but not given the choice if I only wanted it every alternating day. It was all the days or the first. They did not give me the option. Otherwise, clean, friendly staff and a solid hot water offering when showering! Cute savings message on the shower door!

The toilet. Why there's no door on the toilet so your family has to see hear and smell all you do, what's is this level of unhygienic, is it even legal? The bartender was a real piece of work. I bought some coca colas in the supermarket and I asked for his bottle opener. He took the cokes and questioned how we got them, assuming we stole them?? Also my bediside light was wired cut with exposed wires

Everything except for the location coming from the airport. Too far. On Booking.com they mentioned that they provide airport transfer and that was not the case. I booked at the last minute and they couldn’t secure a taxi cab for me. I ended up using Uber because I didn’t have 1 hour to spend on public transportation, and especially on a cold January evening. I should have checked the location of the hotel, I thought it was closer to the city center, which would have made it worth it.

Excellent staff and property. Very good accessibility to the city.
