The location was really great and the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really crowded from 8AM on, with barely any free space left.

The hotel is in a very good location, just a 10-minutes walk from the main shopping street. The Hofburg is at the very end of that street and it takes you by foot around 40minutes starting from the hotel. The hotel had a lobby which was decorated in a very fun and colourful way. The restaurant had this fun aesthetic too, but the rooms were of a completely different aesthetic. They were plain rooms with moquette on the floor, a bed, a big painting, a long desk with two chairs and then the bathroom which was very small. The breakfast had a very large selection of food, with even different choices of milk in case of any allergies. Really liked it. The rooms could be of the same theme as the lobby, so fun and colorful instead of dark and plain. The hotel had a lot to offer in terms of activities like gaming rooms and karaoke rooms, but the gaming rooms were closed and the karaoke room wasn’t promoted at all and costed 100€. The breakfast area was way too crowded. The hotel has 13 floors and during breakfast times you couldn’t even move at the buffet and couldn’t find a table to sit at. They should limit the capacity so that nobody feels rushed when at the buffet, so that there is space to move and enough tables for everyone.

Decent location. Fairly comfortable bed Arrived to find both rooms didn’t have working air conditioning. Both were broken Got moved to two new rooms, they also had broken air conditioning Finally got two more new rooms that did have working AC but one had a broken door lock Only compensation offered for this few hours of wasted time was one drink token to use at the bar which we thought was pretty poor

The location is excellent. Westbahnhof is right at the intersection just 3-4 mins walk and the tram station is right in front of the hotel. Also the shopping street Mariahilfer is 2-4 mins walk and there are great deals if someone wants to shop from Vienna Room facilities were mediocre. There was no coffee machine and no safe/locker in the room. It was important for me to have it. Also the AC was barely able to keep up with the heat wave. It’s a very big hotel, so lot of people join morning breakfast. Probably difficult to keep the breakfast area clean due to large crowd. Hence the breakfast was very unappetizing.
