The location is good. It is very close to the river and not far from the metro station. The room is spacious for two persons. The staff are very friendly. The breakfast would be better if honey is available.

Location was good and the staff were super friendly .. especially the breakfast staff .. courteous 1. Air conditioning could have been better considering the temperature 2. Room should have a wardrobe so helps to organise the room better

Location as it is close to the centre of Vienna. Literally 7 minutes walk. A very small room for three people. In fact, a tiny room. Small bathroom. Couldn't open the door fully without hitting the toilet. Lack of any unit to put our suitcase when needed to be used. We had to use it from the floor. What was very strange is that the light in the lounge is only provided by the side bed, not on the ceiling. One of the lights by the bed was hanging freely on the wire only. No bar or any food service after breakfast. Not even a snack type thing (like a french fries or sandwich). I have stayed in Mercure hotels before and this one was the first without any additional facilities. I paid almost £500 for three nights with breakfast and I must admit that the breakfast was very good. I understand that the location is a key as we were 7 minutes away from the centre of Vienna but the hotel could provide a slightly better facility.

Location. The brand- I knew the standard I was getting. Breakfast was very good. Bed was comfy. I think saying the room had a court yard view was a bit much!

The location I had a perfectly pleasant stay, right up until the point where the hotel decided to keep a souvenir of my visit.I accidentally left my rather expensive electric toothbrush in the room. Being completely certain of where I left it, I called the hotel the very next day to report it, fully expecting a standard lost-and-found recovery. Instead, I received a remarkably swift email informing me that housekeeping miraculously found absolutely nothing.One can only admire the efficiency of a cleaning crew that manages to make a premium, highly visible piece of electronics completely vanish into thin air between check-out and the next morning. Either the room was never actually cleaned, or someone on the staff has suddenly taken a very keen interest in their personal dental hygiene at my expense.It is a profound shame that an otherwise decent establishment is let down by such an astonishing lack of basic integrity. If you do choose to stay here, I highly recommend doing a military-grade sweep of your room before leaving, because once you walk out that door, your belongings apparently become communal property.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the location good with about 10 minutes walking to the downtown and good size of the room it was good for 2 adults and baby crib (bed) Very tight car parking, and there was small issue in the WC and when I informed after checking out, the staff they promised to work on it to fix it
