Perfect location, right next to the metro and train stations and directly opposite the trams. Very nice and stylish hotel, with friendly staff. I didn’t like that there wasn’t even a small fridge in the room. Especially during the summer months, when it’s hot, having a fridge for cold water would be very useful. Also, we stayed for 3 nights, and on the last day, after the room was cleaned, the cleaner didn’t leave any extra toilet paper. The pocket tissues had also run out, so there were three of us with only half a roll of toilet paper left.

I have stayed in Motel One in Manchester and now Vienna and I have been very impressed - by the tasteful, comfortable aesthetic, the helpfulness of the staff, and the wonderful breakfasts. This is a fantastic, stylish option for travelling on a budget - far better, to my mind, than some of the more expensive hotels.

Location, modern feel of the lobby Unfriendly staff, non responsive to messages the day of check in. No front reception at a certain point, or at least not visible. For two guests only got one bath towel. The bed is too hard to sleep on.
