The proximity to the Metro stop - U1. We had 2 separate bookings, the first one for 2 nights and the 2nd one for 1 night - but online the room looked the same for both bookings. We get there and the room is about half the size of what the description said, with a double bed inserted between 2 walls, without any room on either side of the bed to get in or out - the only option to get to your pillow was to crawl from the bottom of the bed towards the top. No night stand for this double bed just a narrow short shelf above the pillow with a lamp on it. AC? Sure, in the description only. There is a unit on the wall, however there is no remote and as we tried turning it on from the unit itself, it didn't work. However, there was a short desk ventilator provided in this first room. I messaged the owner via booking, in English as I don't speak German. Every message I got back was in German and I had to Google translate it to figure out what was said. The following night they moved us into the room that matched the pictures we saw on booking.com when we booked it - better room for sure, larger, you could easily get into bed on either side, nightstands on each side, still no AC, though, a floor ventilator in this one. And a corner bathtub with no enclosure - the whole bathroom floor gets wet for a shower, making it quite slippery - beware. We had the corner room for 3 people. Large, good space, this I found to match what we booked according to the pictures, but the first one, an absolute disappointment, very small with very little space for luggage or to move around and especially with the bed tucked between 2 walls that is a no no for me. The area - a lot of loud people on the street around the property until late at night. As soon as you get out of the room into the main lobby it stinks like fried Chinese/ Asian style food - there's a restaurant down there with a shared courtyard where the workers go out for some air - I love food, but the smells were overwhelming.

Good room good value

The location was central, easy for subway getaway in a few minutes, and close to all the necessities for a trip. Nothing much except the unpleasant smell of the washroom.

We were at apartment number 9, it was clean, nice bathroom, only the walls are tiny and you hear everything outside. Location is good and for this value it is the best.

Location is great. The room is quite large, nice and clean (including washrooms). Free hotel wifi and TV works. The rustic furniture works well with the large windows overlooking a lively street No staff on site. I don't have a problem with contactless service, but it is alarming when I can't reach anyone for about half an hour. For contactless service to work on-call person has to be reachable immediately, even if just to say hey I'm busy give me 5 mins. You can't leave someone in a dimly lit stairwell talking to a wall. I was lucky there were some helpful neighbors. The rest of the issues are minor: Double bed was made up of two single mattresses. Hair dryer is clamped to the wall.

The hotel lies in excelelnt location. Lady in charge was superexcellent. Trust in asking to leave the keys on table in the room and leave is exceptional Noise from other people in other rooms when they came to the hotel was loud and could see their legs moving through small slit at the lower part of the room door.

Passable

The room wa clean and up to date. Everything worked properly - towel warmer, heating, etc. Check-in was a bit of a hassle because I'm in Europe with a U.S. phone and didn't get the check-in email on my phone while on the train to Vienna.
-
Easy access to the facility, and room - via key-box, no need to meet someone at the reception, especially, when you arrive late. Good location - metro station is around the corner, street food market is 2 min walk. No kettle in the room.

The entrance to the zimmer is 50 meters from the entrance to the metro. Two or three stops to the center. 20 minutes to the central railway station. The room is large. Every day cleaning and the staff tries. It's Migrant workers' area. It feels like you're not in Austria, you're somewhere in an Arab country. You can to hear subway train day and night. You can contact the accommodation by phone only. Not WhatsApp and in the Booking app not answer also.

Room was clean, good size, bed comfortable - location was great, close to underground, many shops and supermarkets - we were allowed to check out an hour later with no charge Room had no air conditioning, despite having an air conditioning unit visible in the room and a note on the website saying that it was possible to use it at an extra cost. I queried this before arriving, and I was told that there was no air conditioning in any room, at all, despite offering to pay. As it was late August, with well over 32°C each day, it was quite difficult to sleep at night. There was a fan provided, but it was not great for the whole room. With air conditioning, this room would be perfect for a short stay.
