The location is excellent with a beautiful view on the Danube canal. The room design is nice with many funny messages everywhere. Water is sprinkled all over the floor when you shower (no door to close it). The provided mugs in the room were dirty and when asked for clean ones, got dirty ones again. The shower gel was out already on the first day. The hand cream was also out on the second day. It seems the room service don't check these. The roomcard was taken away by the housekeeping staff (when left in the electricity slot, unplugged). They give you (replacement) room cards without verifying your identity. The breakfast was below the level of a 4* hotel. Most staff members are not very smiley.

The pillows were too soft, which made them a bit uncomfortable. Also, the shampoo and shower gel dispensers were attached to the wall quite loosely and fell off. It's a minor issue, but they could be mounted more securely.

The location is perfect for arriving by metro, as the metro station is directly in front of the hotel. Overall it was 15 min distance walking to the city center. The hotel is well equipped, with complementary water, cleaning, coffee machines etc. There was even a mini fridge. The pillows on the windows were old and with holes- subject for replacement.

The room is located near the center (<10min), with comfortable bed. The breakfast was good. There is a hotel parking available (37 eur/day). The breakfast did not have a lot of options and was modest. The parking is not cheap and could be difficult to enter for some people. Shower is open and leaking a lot of water on the floor.

When showering, the water is easily splashing a bit outside of the shower.

Amazing location right in front of the metro line. Great access everywhere in Vienna. This seems to be more of a business hotel, but it is also great for tourists. The bed was a little bit hard and pillows extremely slim and soft :)
