Good location, clean and nice breakfast. Noise from construction works close to the hotel, very loud and bothering service people during breakfast -it really makes you feel rushed away. The bed for the child didn't have sheets on check-in, although it was a 3 persons room, but thankfully the receptionist helped in a professional manner.

Very clean room, the staff was really helpful with our requests and the AC was saving us from the heat wave Based on the other comments I had higher expectations for the breakfast. There was a lot of variety but the quality was not the greatest.

Good breakfast overall. The charcuterie might have been better but overall ok. Receptionist's attitude upon checkout was quite cold. Besides a cold "thank you" nothing else. Its not my first time in Vienna, had other occasions when politeness and (even) formal warmth were better expressed.
