The view and the room was very nice, staff were friendly and helpful.

Location and the rooftop restaurant The rooftop restaurant which is the reason I booked the hotel was closed for renovation which was not clearly expressed on the website when I booked. Also we had no hot water for entire stay. The hotel made no efforts to make stay better by potentially giving us one night free. Disappointing.

During check-in, the receptionist was rather cold and unfriendly. Additionally, there was no staff available to assist with our luggage, and room service left much to be desired, offering a very limited menu of poor quality

The staff was super helpful and cheerful. The suite was comfortable and well equipped. The bed was super comfy which was great after a long day of sightseeing.

Our stay at this hotel for our honeymoon was absolutely incredible and exceeded all of our expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel special. We were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a beautiful honeymoon suite, which made our stay even more memorable. The room was immaculate throughout our visit, and the housekeeping team did a phenomenal job every single day. Their attention to detail was truly impressive. We were also touched to find the room thoughtfully decorated for our honeymoon with a rose and flower petals, which added such a romantic and personal touch to our stay. What really set this hotel apart was the staff. Every interaction was met with genuine warmth, friendliness, and cheerful hospitality. The team was always considerate of our needs and made us feel welcomed and valued throughout our stay. This hotel played a huge role in making our honeymoon trip to Europe so special and unforgettable. The level of service, cleanliness, and attention to detail made every day enjoyable, and we genuinely felt that the experience was worth every extra dollar spent. Overall, this was an exceptional experience, and we would not hesitate to stay here again. Thank you to the entire team for helping create memories that we will cherish for a lifetime. If I had one minor suggestion, it would be regarding the frosted glass on some of the windows. While I understand the privacy benefits, I found that it slightly limited the otherwise spectacular views of Vienna that we were looking forward to enjoying.

Honestly, there was very little to dislike. If anything, I wish I could have stayed longer.
