The location was excellent, right in the heart of the city, yet surprisingly quite. The breakfast was outstanding, offering a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again

Best location in old town. Hotel is situated in the heart of the shopping area. Many restaurants in the vicinity to choose from. Opera house and many other attractions are all within a 10-30 min walk. Staff were very helpful and professional, hotel is very clean and in a safe quiet location. Sauna amenities were definitely a plus. N/A

Location Every time my family asked for a tissue box or anything they either had to go get it from reception or they would charge them for coming up to their room?

والفندق قريب للسنتر ريحة الممرات بالفندق مرررة سيئة ريحة بهارات هندية كاري لازم يغيرون المعطر مدري المنظف اللي يستخدمونه، الاثاث تحسونه قديم ومافيه تكنولوجيا نفس الفنادق الثانية يعني بتطفي اللمبة لازم تقوم تروح عند الباب عشان تقفلها.

Outrageous charges for parking, dogs, room service. Staff seemingly incapable of dealing effectively with customer complaints. 300 Euros paid just for dogs and nothing provided for this staggeringly high fee until the final night following several complaints.

Lovely hotel in the heart of Vienna. We had the best Vienna eggs Benedict for breakfast! We were only here for 2 nights before our train to Prague but I would recommend this hotel.

A couple of things could be improved. The smell in the corridors was quite unpleasant, and none of the bathroom doors in the three rooms we stayed in had a lock, which was inconvenient. Overall, this is a very good hotel, and I would recommend it to anyone looking to stay close to the city center.
