Lovely hotel, the staff were great and nothing was too much trouble. Very helpful with local knowledge for sightseeing and getting around. Good choice at breakfast. Nice room.Comfy beds and great power shower! No bar as such. Minibar in room and drinks available via reception but an actual bar would be the only improvement needed.

Staff extremely helpful advising us how to get to the palaces and anything else we needed to know. Room was very clean and comfortable. Lovely breakfast and excellent location

The room was spacious and light, with two windows looking out onto tall trees reminiscent of a Kilmt landscape. The writing desk was wide and deep. The bed was firm, and featured a variety of pillow densities. The AC vent was off to the side, so it didn't blow directly on the bed. All these things, plus the location. Two blocks from the Freud Museum, less than a ten-minute drive to the MQ arts campus (featuring the superb Leopoldo Museum), multiple restaurants within five block radius, a supermarket two short blocks away. Be careful when stepping out of the shower, which is in a tub. The tub's edges are very high.

Hotel was convenient to the city centre and rooms were very clean and the staff were very helpful. We would definitely stay here again if back in Vienna. Buffet area for breakfast is too small and was rather crowded at times. Also we chose to eat breakfast outside 3 of the 4 mornings we were there and service outside wasn't great however on the last morning we ate indoors and the service was fantastic.

Lovely hotel just out of the centre of Vienna. Room was very nice with a separate sitting area. Staff on reception were very friendly and helpful. Problem with the AC in the hotel on our first night which made it pretty unbearable. This was sorted for the second night of our stay. Breakfast area quite small.

Very comfortable and quiet hotel in quiet street close to tram to city centre. Helpful staff and very comfortable room. Very good breakfast buffet and large public lounge area.
