The room is big and clean, overall it’s comfortable. There are shops near by. Cafe, restaurant and markets. Only one bathroom for men and one for women with 9 rooms. The showers also only 2 and no hangers to hang your towel and clothes. Locations a bit far from downtown 25 minutes by using public transportation. However it’s 7 minutes away from metro or tram stations. One more disadvantage that no iron available ?

Good location and easy check-in. The room is uncomfortable due to the climate control. The air conditioning is obsolete or broken, using outdated analog dials, and it only blows mild air. With an entire wall made of glass, a high ceiling, and cheap plastic curtains that absorb heat rather than block it, the room becomes unbearably hot during the summer. To make things worse, the only way to open a small window is to move the curtain, entirely exposing your bed to the inner yard where neighbors have a direct view. Having also stayed here in the winter, I can confirm the unit fails as a heater, too.

Man, booking had very bad rates for this one, however was great. Price 30 euros per night. Near to an station, bars and restaurants. Near to Hofburg. Of course is not a 5star room, but for the price I dont blame it. Also nice decoration, and good enough. People were rating this as very bad, but is not, there is only 1 toilet for mans and 1 toilet for woman's, maybe have a 3rd one would help a lot!

It is not really a relaxing stay when you have shared bathrooms/showers and kitchen but that wasn't too big of an issue since we just needed a place to sleep for 2 nights and we knew that this came with the lower price. What however was a problem was that all the walls are paper thin. Even though the property states that past 22:00 at night should be quiet time, people are making a lot of noise (mostly students rent out the rooms). And even if there aren't people talking or partying, just them walking around the property opening and closing doors can be heard to a point where it is difficult to sleep.

Cheap Dirty and in a strange building. You need to walk through a mall under construction to get to the property.

The location was very good, close to bus, tram, and train lines During my stay I saw a mouse running around my room. I had to find a new place to stay due to that. The management said they were going to work on reimbursing me for the nights I was unable to stay but stopped responding to me. I eventually had to contact booking.com for my reimbursement, the management only reimbursed me for 2 out of the three nights I was not able to stay there. They never responded to any of my messages after that happened. The bathrooms are disgusting. The shower is full of mildew and mold on the walls as the room is not properly ventilated. The rug in there is constantly damp as well. Please bring sandals if you decide to stay here. Due to the mold and mildew, the place smells bad. The door handle on my room was broken on the inside. The ceiling lights in my room also stopped working while I was there. The building is an office building and was under construction. I was woken up to workers outside of my room window doing construction. There didn't feel like there was much privacy due to that as the whole wall was a window. The entire place feels very amateur and hastily put together. Tons of AI art on the wall which was very tacky and cheap. The door to my room was in the luggage room area which was confusing. I would not recommend staying here. There are other hotels/hostels in this area that are around the same price. They have a rodent problem and do not care about the guests staying there.

Location AC is very poor and working only limited time, not recommended at all during summer
-
Easy access. Not particularly clean, towels left in the room, and the bathrooms could be cleaned a little more.

The place was clean and organized and has Ac Firstly was bit unclear to find And communication with the staff was horrible ,they barely replied anything ! The room was tiny ,i couldnt move around !

Washroom and kitchen were clean. The location was good, very near to the metro. I was in Room No.6 and I felt uncomfortable due to the musty pillows and mattress, which prevented me from sleeping well. There was only one restroom each for females and males. Fortunately, there weren't many guests, but it was still somewhat uncomfortable.

Clear instructions how to get in the building. Good location, direct tram from railway station, 10 min. by tram to museumsquartier and U-bahn station nearby. Quiet place, good clean showers with shower gel and shampoo. Hotel provides also towels and slippers. Very thin walls, if you have loud neighbours that might be a problem. Overhead lights were not working in Room 9, only two standing lamps. Also one of the pillow cases were smelly, probably it was not changed (I didn't use it anyway).

Close to public transport and and Wiener Stadthalle, so perfect for visiting a concert. Also plenty of shops, cafés around. Unfortunately no parking for the building - which for the price, makes sense. But nearby parking garages are a bit pricey.

Easy access. Quiet space. Clean rooms. Difficult to find. Surroundings feel a bit dirty and dark.

Good hostel for the price, comfortable and quiet. The location was great, close to some cafés and safe. We could visit most of the city by foot. Coming with the flixbus was also convenient as there was the U3 to go directly from Erdberg to Westbahnhof. Clean facilities and modern decoration. The bedroom was spacious and some slippers were provided. Many utilities in the kitchen, fridge included with compartments for each bedroom. It's a good hostel for someone who mostly stays only for sleeping (and who spends a lot of time outside in the city). Self-checkin was convenient and instructions were clear. Though I didn't find the entrance right away as there were no signs mentioning the hotel but Google maps showed me the right place. There's only one WC for women and one WC for men, which is not enough in my opinion but luckily the hostel didn't seem full at that time so we didn't have to wait to use them. More toilet paper should be provided though. In the washroom (2 showers and ~6 washbasins) the pipes/tap should be fixed as water was dropping constantly, causing a big waste of water. It was indeed difficult to fully close the taps.

Perfectly clean, cosy, 20 minutes walk from city center, still completely relaxed at nights

Exceptional

Shower could be better

-room and common areas felt very clean -easy checking in instructions -agree with others that the toilets don’t need to be gendered does make sense when the proportion of men to women could be anything
