Location is good, room is comfortable and clean. Shower was not useable. It was 2 stalls in one bathroom with only curtains giving you privacy rather than doors (supposedly). The curtains were not there to my surprise as someone probably took them away so there was no way to take a shower there and I contacted the establishment and they did not provide any support and ghosted the situation. As there were no one physically present from the establishment, I left my stay without taking a proper shower. Stay at your own risk but I do not recommend it.

The room was a good value. My room, room 1, needs a better pillow. Also I requested to check in late and it was declined. There was no reason to decline bc there was NO staff on site--ever. No one knew i was there on time, later or not at all. They should just said yes.

Staff answered fast in daytime. Personal fridge. Cleaners killed the spider. Good location and neighborhood. Problem unsolved. Heater malfunction. Laundry machine errors and not working. No microwave. Sleep in cold for 5 nights, with dirty and wet clothes for 2 nights, in fear of spider for 2 nights and packed for the cleaning for 2 days. And also, not able to shorten the trip despite everything above.

For a place advertised as "business rooms" with high speed internet, the wifi didn't work for a single minute

Location… that’s it. The bulks were old and noisy and mattress was too thin and uncomfortable. There was hair everywhere, including my towels. The shower curtains are too short, there is no privacy in them. There is only one lavatory in the shower area. There is a kitchenette, still, no fridge. The electric fan old and noisy.

This is my third time here and I want to like it, because it's relatively clean for this price point. And a good location. But I just can't do it. It feels more like a hostel. The rooms look good but there's still a damp smell and the bed is way too old. But at least the sheets are clean which is something at this price in Vienna. It's a small place. The walls and the doors are very thin so you can hear everything. The bed was missing some supports underneath on one side, so there was like a hole. I had to just lie on the other side of the bed so I wouldn't fall in.

Location is very central, walking distance to everything you might need. Price - hard to find this price close to the center of Vienna. Self check-in is good - we arrived in the middle of the night Well, that is a place for one night and it is very affordable so for that purpose it is perfectly fine. Do not expect any facilities over there - it is not a hotel, just a place to sleep overnight.

Very clean, no weird people staying there, the bathroom is very clean even though its shared There was a problem with the main entrance door it makes a very loud sound when opening it so sometimes it’s not comfortable when i return at 12 at night and that sound turns on And it takes a few minutes to be locked so you should wait for it

Location is good and it's very quiet.....but...... It's a improvisation and you can hire everything what your roommate are making. No conditions to eat...just because it's no table and no pan. About cleaning..... Why I found a beer in my room? It's 8m2 Room is so small enough...... ? It's very dirty......

The location is great. Despite being shared, neither the bathroom nor the toilets were too full. I never cooked anything in the communal kitchen but it was there and usually available during my stay. It is an ideal location if you want somewhere to come to and sleep at the end of the day. The front door is a bir problematic. Even if you enter the correct code, you have to do it repeatedly (sometimes up to five times).

It was cheap and efficient. the toilets were not very clean as well as there was some spider webs in the room.

Price adequated to standard.close to subway station, parking lodge. Unexpected heating system failure-was vcold in night -but it happened.

In the center and cosy.

The location is a big plus, ca. 20 min. walk from the central station. The area is nice and quiet with several eating places around the corner. The room exactly as depicted, clean and quiet. It was cold outside and the window was left open for ventilation probably due to some smell inside, and the heating was off. It was turned on during the night though. A pillow case would have been nice, too, had to cover the pillow with the towel to sleep on. And you need to enter the entrance door code several times to get in, or else there is some hack.

I liked that there was an option for self check-in. Moreover, its locationen suited me ver well. The street light was right next to the window and shone into my face all night, singe the window blind was super poor. The common facilities were very dirty and the locks at the entrance and the room doors we super weak. The entrance one does not even open every time you insert the correct code.

It was a self check-in place and they send you everything you need before the check-in time. From the entrance door to your room, everything was password-protected. The kitchen was right next to one of the room doors. The entrance to the bathroom and laundry area was through the open kitchen area. The toilet was also next to one of the room doors. I didn’t stay in those rooms but I can imagine what it would feel like. Due to being on the ground floor, it was cold and the heating system was provided by a radiator. There was an issue with the radiator in the room we stayed in so it wasn’t working. Despite following the instructions given, unfortunately, it didn’t work throughout the night. Since it was too late to go anywhere else, we stayed at the hotel. We informed the hotel staff about the issue and they said they would check it in the morning. They also mentioned that if we wanted we could get a refund. They processed the refund so thank you. I hope this kind of situation doesn’t happen again.
