It was clean, cozy, comfortable with translucent curtains. The room was bright during the day. Amenities are available and in good condition. Quite a few shops and supermarkets conveniently located within 5-10 mins walk from the hotel. It maybe located at a quiet suburban area requiring 10-15 mins walk from the U-bahn and Meidling train station, in which streets get quiet and dark during the night. Thereby unable to stay out too late if solo travelling.

The location was OK, restaurants and shops, but way too far from the city center. Quite to sleep. I don't recommend this facility. BE WARNED!!! This facility has NO reception. This facility has NO service. This facility has NO cleaning service. Wifi is NOT working. Technical support will NOT help you. The rooms are VERY small. NO kitchen. The rooms are VERY dirty. The towels are VERY dirty. The rooms have a smell all the time. NO cleaning was ever made during our 9-day stay. We found bugs in the bed, see my video The bed is very bad, and you can't sleep. The pillows are 10 years old, and only god knows how we slept. --> I don't recommend this facility <--

Clean, conveniently located near public transport connections, great experience. Very recommended. Could have used more towels, but not a complaint, just a suggestion.

It wasn't cleaned daily

The room has everything that you could need. It‘s clean, the bed is comfortable, our balcony was looking to the indoor garden, which was amazing cause it was quite and you can enjoy your coffee there. The location is also good, close to buses and the subway. Some glasses were dirty.

I enjoyed my stay during my vacation in Vienna! I would definitely return if I am visiting again. The location is practical and close to the train station

Location and clean Internet very slow i couldn’t use it from the room

Unresponsive, unhelpful, unapologetic, unprofessional and sketchy. Never responded to any messages sent and attempted online contact, because I saw they didn't charge my credit card but confirmed the booking. When I finally got a hold of them through a phone call (very inconvenient for international service) they assured me everything was fine. I get there and they refuse to host me and solve the booking and transaction problem they allegedly had. Instead they try to upcharge me for a worse apartment at a different location. After declining they confirmed they would cancel the stay, which they didn't do, probably so they don't get penalized by Booking.com. If you want to save yourself a headache then avoid them.

It was clean quiet and very close to metro

Everything needed was provided for in the room, very efficient layout, perfect size for my stay and I felt very safe in the building. The neighborhood was very quiet and walking distance to transport and shops. The bed was super comfortable, great size and the room always warm. The bathroom was also large and the water always super warm!! Clean and equipped. Thanks for everything

Overall it was ok but I have yet to fine a value on places that do not have a human providing hospitality, no free late checkout , no place to store luggage , it’ was far from everywhere except the metro station , they gave us clean towels once for a nine day stay sheets where never changed , I do. It see the values I paid $1500.00 for this absolutely not a value , we did get an opportunity to do laundry since are trip consisted of a month and half over Europe . See above
