Quality Inn Vienna - Tysons Corner

Arrived late at night clientele questionable. Room was clean quiet.

Would have given this hotel 3 stars across the board as check in was smooth and the room was good for the price. Bed was sufficient but nothing special. Where this location fell short was the shower, NO HOT water. Took a cool to cold shower because I had to get on the road. At check out I asked for a partial refund due to the lack of hot water. The front desk staff refused. They simply repeated their no refund policy. I asked politely a second time that I only wanted a partial refund and they were adamant that they would not refund for any reason. I travel through the area a lot and was going to book again for next week, but now I’ll look for another hotel.

Room was clean.

The faucet in the bathtub did not work. No water at all.

I like how the staff was able to handle the problem when I told them I did not had a refrigerator in my room. It was fast and professional. I just wish the breakfast food was little bit more options

Very old and dirty. Stained carpets. Refrigerator did not work and was full of black mold.

Room had a few stains and felt dirty even though it was clean. You get what you pay for I guess. Staff was polite and helpful.

Nothing against the staff or location however the guy in the room next to us smoking substances in his room and every time we would leave we could smell it.

Since I left, i had started filling an itch on my body so did my partner but no obvious bites, only used the room 4hrs to rest. Front desk didn't catch her name but she was great checking me in, very friendly.The room looked pretty clean overall. Definitely smelled like smoke. The smoke smell.

staff was friendly, the room was clean, the breakfast was pretty bad, but the location was convenient to Wolf Trap and Tysons Corner

I stayed at Quality Inn Tysons for one night and it was a convenient option for my trip. The hotel was fully booked, so early check-in was not available, which was understandable. Other than that, everything was okay and the stay worked well for what I needed. It's a really good area if your planning on taking the metro to DC.

When I pulled up to the hotel, I thought there had to be some mistake. It looked like low-income housing. There were some shady characters hanging around the entrance. They have an iron-clad policy of no check-in until 3pm (actually after 3pm). They will not check in guests a minute before. They did let me park my car in the lot before I checked in, however. The property and rooms are old and there's alot of junk lying about outside. When I finally got to my room, I thought it was fairly clean until I discovered TWO cockroaches (alive) in the bathroom. The breakfast was the most inadequate I've experienced - bare bones! Don't let the picture in the ad fool you! One positive: it was a short walk to the Metro. I would not recommend at all. I'll pay a little more elsewhere next time.

The shower in our room did not work and it took over 30 mins from when called for maintenance to come fix it. There were a few stains on the carpet in the room and bags of trash sitting around the building outside doors of other rooms.
