The staff was very, very friendly and very helpful. The breakfast was amazing fresh. And the rooms were very clean. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would go back.

I had stayed there before so I knew the location was great. It felt rundown. There is now a charge for parking. No one cleaned our room. When I tried to call front desk to find out how to get clean towels, no one answered the phone. I went downstairs and an employee with an engineer name tag informed me we had to request our room be cleaned. When is that a standard practice? There were children running and shouting in the halls after 10 pm and knocking on doors. Upon check out we learned that person who checked us in marked that we didn’t want our room cleaned but hadn’t asked us. When I mentioned the new cost for parking which wasn’t secure parking, the front desk person said, “ you didn’t use our garage?” What garage?

Everything was great except the 1 star is for nickel and diming for parking. You book your hotel through Expedia and then realize they charge you another 10 dollars for parking. They could easily had included in their original charge but this is nonsense charges just to get more money from our pockets.
