Fabulous hotel. Clean room, big bathroom with rain shower and super water pressure. Peaceful areas to sit. Breakfast should be included overall, not an add on.

Clean and spacious rooms! Breakfast could have more variety of fruits

Very friendly and helpful staff. No problem leaving luggage there pre check in and after check out times. Loved the old courtyard but modern conveniences. While the shower was powerful, it was hard to keep the water from spilling out all over the bathroom floor. Otherwise, a great room!

It's a nice boutique hotel. The common areas are attractive and inviting. Great location. Short walk to the waterfront, WOW complex, or up the hill to watch the sunset. Staff was very friendly. The breakfast was well worth the additional cost. The shower was open on one side. This is fine with a rectangular shower, but not with a square. There was no way to shower without getting the bathroom floor wet. Not really a big deal, though. Their photos show a glass door on the shower, so apparently not every room has this issue.

Great location and wonderful staff

What a wonderful place to stay. Close to the river, very close to the Port houses. The place is immaculate, you don’t feel like a tourist in such a great neighborhood setting. We easily walked everywhere Nothing

Beautiful hotel in a great location. Comfortable beds and great shower. Delicious breakfast. Beautiful courtyard to sit and sip wine that you grabbed from their "honesty bar". Loved our stay here.

I can't think of anything that we really disliked

This hotel was one of my favorites! Great location, walking distance to the river, bridge, public transportation, shopping, bars and restaurants. yet, the hotel and the area were quiet. The hotel itself is a hidden gem. It has everything you could need. The staff was friendly, helpful and respectful- really wonderful. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The look was this unique blend of old and new. The patio and honesty bar were great and we used them daily. The breakfast was delish with lots of choices- even for my vegan daughter. Helpful to have a drink/ snack and just write it down and add it to the bill. Price was reasonable too. Highly recommend if you are in the Porto area. Can't really think of much to dislike. maybe more hooks for wet towels in bathroom?

It’s a lovely, small hotel in a great location, just up a side street from the river front. The building is very interesting, the narrow front is an old police station and the rear a modern hotel. The architects have done a great job to integrate them both. The rooms are large, light and well appointed. The lounge area is very nice and the honesty bar is a great feature. And the lovely garden was an unexpected treat, it was very pleasant to get a drink from the honesty bar and sit under the wisteria with a book. Breakfast was very good and the staff are very friendly and helpful. It’s a relaxed, friendly and lovely place to stay. Nothing, it’s a great hotel.

This was the perfect location for our family’s preferences as we didnt want to stay in the heart of the city, but chose a bit calmer area. Still, it was pretty close to everywhere - walking is so easy and fun with the views. The hotel is pretty comfortable and staff was helpful. The only thing i noticed that the daily cleaning didn’t have vacuuming at all because we had some crumbs next to bed since we entered the room and they were still there while exiting. Other than that, had no issues at all.

The facilities were great. The trash in the bathroom was full of used sanitary napkins

Lovely interior design work for the common area of the building. Rooms are modern and comfortable, also facing a courtyard so very quiet. Breakfast was way off the mark for such a nice place, the real glaring deficiency of the whole operation. Even if it was free, but they are brace enough to charge EUR q5 for it.
