One of the staff members was incredibly helpful in teaching us how the metro right outside the building works. She went out of her way to show us step by step. Ideal location with metro right outside. The rooms are extremely clean and modern. Breakfast was great, lots of options for food and beverages I'm extremely grateful I found a parking spot on the first level, parking can be a little challenging but nothing atypical.

We needed a place to stay on short notice when our plans changed and this hotel delivered! Highly recommended for a one or two night, no-frills stay in the heart of Gaia (it is literally across the plaza from El Cortes Ingles and the Metro). The staff were very helpful and while we did not partake of the breakfast, it was a varied and generous spread that would have been well worth the cost. The rooms are large, if sparsely furnished, and the mini-fridge was a nice bonus. The beds were quite comfortable. The room would have been nicer with a few additional touches, such as an extra chair for which there was plenty of room, and a waste basket in the bedroom. The 24-hr coffee and tea station in the lobby is great but having some cups in the room would have also been appreciated. While the lifts are spacious by European standards, two lifts are not enough for the size of the hotel in the morning with everyone trying to check-out and/or go to breakfast. We waited for 5 lifts before giving up and taking the stairs.

Excellent location Modern design

Close to the Cais Ribiera

Long wait to check in, parking was difficult in small underground garage. Fining entrance was not easy then you have to push a button to enter the garage. We had no instructions on this process. Moldy shower room had no taste very plain.

Great value per money and also great location.

Exceptional cleanliness, simple and efficient especially if you’re a tourist or don’t stay for long As soon as you’re out of the door you don’t have internet, making it challenging if you order a Uber

The location. Hotel stated parking available. All 3 days we stayed the lot was full. We went to garage to view hotel has very few spots for a 6 floor hotel. False advertisement. No street parking. We had to walk blocks away to find the ONE spit that was available. Coffee was the worst taste. Shame on lack of quality ti such needed caffeine in the morning. I had an accident monthly visit. The cleaning crew didn't change my sheets so I slept on my blood stain the last night. 2 elevators were extremely slow IF you were lucky enough to catch them both working at once. Showers had no floating plates for shampoo and wash cloth so enjoy dirty water washing its away around the bottles while you shower. You get what you pay for. NEVER again. Ill pay more and stay in PORTO location.
