Breakfast buffet was excellent
-
The location was fabulous! Breakfast was wonderful!
-
Gorgeous hotel, with privileged view to the bridge. Comfortable, amazing staff.
-
Amazing views, wonderful staff, felt very high end The elevator system was a little confusing
-
Fantastic stay, can't beat the location, the rooms were excellent, service outstanding. Definitely booking here again. I'm not a breakfast person so I didn't try the breakfast, but it looked pretty good. Nothing to complain about except the Pool was a bit small to swim laps. Understandable given the limited space the hotel has on the cliff side.

Would love to go back and stay there. Excellent location with views of the river and the main bridge. Everything is walking distance from the hotel.
-
Amazing property! Great location! The rooms were large and spacious and we had the best view! NA
-
Amazing hotel, superb location and super comfortable. Parking is onsite as well as public (paid) parking at Luiz I parking lot, which is nearby (cheaper, easy access and you wtake the lift to the 8th floor(and feom this street level it is about 50 meters to walk to the back entrance of the hotel). None!

The location looking down over the Douro River is amazing. Staff are wonderful. Breakfast is my favorite time in the hotel. Views are great and good food selection. A classy hotel and my 4th return visit. Nothing

This location is perfect!!! This was a great find! I didn’t love that I was on a lower floor.

Continental breakfast room service Two elevators and going up for lobby was unusual
-
Awesome location, right by the bridge with the great view and short walk to everywhere. Tight parking and not free, paid €20 per night for a parking spot.

Location was perfect. Easy access to the bridge at the top and bottom. Our room had a beautiful view. It's right next to the park where everyone goes to watch the sunset. I want to start off with a complement before a criticism. Some staff were really great--the bartenders/servers out at the pool, the guys at the front desk who checked us in, the housekeeping staff. I have to say a couple of the ladies who worked at the front desk were really stuck up. I had one lady walk out to me while we were sitting on the top patio to make sure I was a hotel guest. A lot of the hotel guests are sort of glamorously dressed and blinged out -- I guess you get treated better if you are. My wife and I are more casual 50 somethings, but I can assure you we have the means to afford this hotel and do not appreciate the attitude. I hope a manager reads these reviews, could be a teaching moment here.

Excellent breakfast and great location
-
The location is amazing, simply breathtaking and perfect for enjoying all areas of Gaia and Porto. The hotel's facilities are terrific and in very good condition. Beds and pillows are very comfortable. Breakfast is excellent and we enjoyed the wine bar, rooftop bar, and pool. Staff are consistently friendly and helpful. We loved it all! The air conditioning in our room didn't work properly for the last two nights. We were told it was because we'd opened our window and that closing it would fix the problem. This was not the case. Since it was late, we didn't ask for more help. But this meant that our final night was too warm and we didn't sleep well. Also there was no hair conditioner provided in the rooms, which was unexpected.

Nothing

I think the is the best location you can stay in at Porto, also the food was really good, room is clean and staff was really helpful. Room was a little bit smaller than I expected but I think It was still okay
