The staff is very accommodating near the shopping mall and restaurants.Near the train going to Barcelona Sants. The is a bad odor on the rooftop and the hall way.

Liud music coming from somewhere kept me awake much of the night. The bed was sagging and very uncomfortable. The rooms were way overpriced

the hotel is great for a quick overnight stay for early flights , comfy beds the restaurant service and food was poor , especially the steak . Under staffed and very ppor food for what you pay

Air conditioning never worked even after complaining multiple times to management. They became rude And argumentative. Very disappointing Also hidden fees they caused us stating your company was aware and endorsed these hidden fees.

Staff was great and helpful, room clean and comfortable When booked my room It read taxes and fees were included,but when checked in to pay almost 100.00 more

The pool

Loved that it was close to the airport and the train station. We got there really early and weren't able to check in yet. They secured our luggage, instructed us on how to get to the train station and we were even able to buy tickets for the Hop On Hop Off bus right from the front desk. Bonus that there was a restaurant and bar on site since we were starving when we got back to the hotel. No washcloths in the bathroom Very far from downtown Barcelona No shuttle to or from the airport or cruise ship Servers in the restaurant are extremely slow at least the food was good

It was centrally located and easily accessible with parking. Everything was great.

Hotel was very neat and staff are very helpful, rooms are very comfortable and shower are very moderate Location was far from the city. Also at night very bad smell outside the hotel, which it seems coming from a close sewage plant.

The Staff was Awesome ? Food was ok

Location close to the airport and to the train station. Windows in the room were filthy. Since they do open fully, no reason for the staff not to clean them. At one point, I was ready to take towel and clean the windows myself.

It was clean The bedroom area could have a mirror or extra area for others to get ready while others shower
