Hotel Aceitunos

Staff was terrible, arrogant, and unpleasant. After 8 p.m, it is impossible to access the hotel. We went out for dinner and came back to closed entrance with a sign to ring a bell, except there was no bell at all. It was raining and we were standing on the street waiting for somebody to open, which took like half an hour. And the person who opened was rude and ignorant. Awful experience! Moreover, we chose this place because on the website it says that the breakfast is served from 7-10 a.m. This is not the case. The best one can do is stay away from this horrible place!

Good location and beds. The pool was too cold, breakfast wasn’t that good, people working there aren’t nice and didn’t provide anything. Then, I received a message one week ago charging for extra fees.

Beautiful original building and outdoor areas, nice pool, stylish decor and friendly helpful staff (Madonna and her female colleague). Appeared to be very understaffed, the 2 girls that cleaned the rooms seemed to be doing everything (checking guests in, making the breakfast etc). Pool needed cleaning as there was no staff to do it!

Decor was rustic and location perfect! Restaurant was delicious, superb service! Pool was not heated the climate needs a heated pool.

Selina was really a great place to stay in Villa de Leyva. The staff was super helpful. I could leave my luggage there, because I arrived earlier. The location is great and the accommodation really well designed. I loved the pool area and the room was beautiful!

Good location and has a hipster vibe that Selina strives to embrace. Selina's customer service, particularly at reception, falls way below par. It's hard to overlook this flaw, no matter how great other aspects may be. Picture this: a hipster-looking guy casually hands you a key without a word about your room or its location, just a nonchalant "off you go!" It's reception service 101 gone abysmally wrong.

The place is fantastic, with a nice pool and a large outside area to hang out. The food is delicious and we got to enjoy some live Colombian-style music. Villa de Leyva is truly a must-see village, boasting beautiful old Spanish architecture that adds to its charm.

Very beautiful and spacious place at a great location, there's a nice swimming pool , the staff is very helpful and pleasant to be around with , i highly recommend this hostel !
