Guests were very loud in the lobby till 1:30 Am outside my son’s window and kept my son awake.!

On this visit there was a few issues. The first was that a booking for a single person was somehow made. As there is no option to select how many people will be staying, this was odd. Not a big deal overall. Just a hiccup. Bigger issues all involved the outdoor area of the room. The floor next to the jacuzzi was dusty and overall looked like it hadn't been clean in a few days. Also the jacuzzi itself was dirty. When we filled it with water, there was dust and general dirt in the water. The phone in the room did not work as well. I had to go to the front desk to ask them to turn on and turn off the jacuzzi jets. Lastly, the jacuzzi jets were very weak.

Good They have a serious problem with the Claro phone shop at the corner. The noise of that shop with a speaker outside ALL DAY and someone yelling on a microphone is unbearable!

We got the premium king room. Great room, amazing jaccuzi on the balconny, comfy bed and nice shower. There is a fireplace we did not end up using, but gives a nice cosy feel to the room. Great patio for breakfast Too close to a main street, and pretty loud, with honks and engine noises, despite the think glass windows. Seems like the other premium room (g1) is a bit more isolated from the noise but no certainty.

This hotel was great. The rooms were comfortable and well equipped. We had a jacuzzi room and it was great. The staff was great was great and very helpful. The included breakfast was also decent. The jacuzzi can be a little difficult to get in even with the provided hand rail. That really was the only thing. If you are a taller person, it would be less of an issue. The room was a little dark as well. Something that would be nice as well is a fan.

All the facilities were outstanding. They need to put some coffee and tea facility at the reception are, and improve the breakfast offer

Hotel y Spa Getsamaní is a very comfortable hotel in Villa. It is only a 5 minute walk from the bus terminal. The Plaza Mayor is also very close. The staff is very accommodating. Breakfast is wonderful. Know that it is on a busy street, so there is a lot of traffic noise.

Lovely building with communal areas, nice swimming pool and good breakfast. A lamp in our room did not work and it was replaced as soon as we reported the problem. Nothing.
