Amazing place, nice location, car parking

Clean, comfortable, lovely balcony, illuminated. A bit noisy as it sits on a main avenue. No hot water in the shower.

the hotel was beautiful, the facilities were rustic and cozy, the room was excelent and the service was kind and extremely welcoming. We loved it!

I booked and prepaid the hotel for a friend and when he arrived they told him he had to pay so he decided to not take the room and return to Bogota that night. My credit card statement shows I was charged however.

Love it

The room was clean. The areppa was good, but you have to pay extra for it 1. We were 50 minutes early for checkin, the place looked deserted, but they still made us come back after 3pm. That was after driving there for half a day, coming from Bogota. 2. There was no hot water, so my wife got mad when she took a shower. I went and told the staff, they went and turned the heater on. I took a shower an hour later, I let it run for 5 minutes, still no hot water. 10 minutes later when I was rinsing off, there was finally hot water, so I was mad after literally freezing during my shower. 3. We were in a room on the bottom floor, the wifi is spotty. If you have to do any business using the wifi, you better not do it down there. If you have knee or back problems, you're not going to like those steps either. 4. Someone was blasting their TV from 12-3am. It was loud through my earplugs so the staff had to hear it. Then around 4am as I started to fall asleep there was loud banging going on. It sounded like luggage being thrown around. I got about 3 hours sleep that night. We were exhausted. 5. Note you're paying twice what most hotels and B&Bs charge in major cities of Colombia, everything above is inexcusable.

Very good

Just as advertised in the pictures. Within walking distance of all there is to do in Villa de Leyva. First impresion when arriving is a busy street with traffic, but once you get in you realize bedrooms are far from the noise. Good internet Satellite tv was a bit coming and going, but there are so many things to do in town, you should not need it.
