I was charged plenty for a room on top of the entrance. There was no reception at night and the door was closed. Hence, every time someone came through the night the ringing an desperate knocking outside woke me up. On top of that, is in front of the street, and it is very loud. The price was very high for this room

Location, price, bed, customer service of the receptionist. Noice from other guests arriving very late. Bathroom not very clean. The whole bedroom is missing some maintenance and attention to details.

Nice and clean Worth the money we pay It’s a lot of Mosquitoes that’s the only uncomfortable thing. Administration needs to fumigate often .

Great location, very near to any kind of store. Close to the main square. At night, when people were doing check in, around 11pm and beyond, you could hear everything from the reception. So it would be nice just to moderate a little bit more the volume.

Very friendly staff, went above and beyond to give us an excellent experience. Room was lovely with nice view. Great location only 5 minutes from the main square. Comfortable bed and great value for money. There was a couple points where the staff weren't at the hotel and we needed them, but they always turned up soon enough and we did go in low season.
