hard beds in Hotels are normally something not appreciated in a Hotel, is not like they are bad, but definitely not comfortable to someone who is not use to it

You can just walk to anywhere There was noise around during the night and staff didn’t manage to control the situation.

We traveled as a family of four, meaning three beds in the room, which made the room feel tight. There wasn't really any surfaces to put things, especially with multiple suitcases and people. 50 years ago, the region was much colder, today, it is not as cold and there was no ventilation. There was only a small portion of the window that opened, but still no way to circulate any air. It was warm at night.

- Great location near terminal and easy walk to central plaza. - Quiet, since property is surrounded by walls. - Nice gardens and public areas to sit both in and outdoors. - Friendly staff. - Very good value for location and setting. - Feels like staying in hacienda. We'll be back. - Room was small, but there are plenty of areas on the property outside of room to relax. - Wifi signal in our room and breakfast room was poor, but great elsewhere on the property.

Great private outdoor spaces. Quiet location though near the centre. Non-transparent and disproportional charges for dogs. Water heating system malfunctions frequently, and if it works it does with poor capacity, so don't rely on hot water to be available.

The hotel is close to the center but quiet. The staff is exceptionally welcoming and kind. The breakfast is wonderful and the property is beautiful. I highly recommend you stay here.

good location near the downtown, the staff are friendly and the breakfast menu is great. the spa is not working, the garden needs to be cleaned, the wifi doesn’t work plenty, the hot shower in one of the rooms didn’t work
