free parking, but in hindsight I am lucky that my car didn't got stolen or broken into. The location has a large motel opposite it which, during my stay, was packed with all kinds of migrants, most likely without legal residency status. So the area felt doggy. Numerous young children running around and screaming. People shouting in all kinds of foreign languages. The room I was given wasn't cleaned, so they gave me another room. This second room had a disgusting, vomit inducing stench off cheap tobacco smoke. I couldn't doors or windows because of the summer heat, noise outside and mosquitos. So I had a bad night. The bed and matrass were so so. The shower was warm, but (as usual) the drain was clogged up so I my feet were in wastewater during showering. I notified front desk staff ( an adolescent non french girl), but they just said "thanks, good bye and see you again". Well, you will not see me again.

This place is not well cared for and place next door looks worst. Room was clean but small. Outside room and grounds are awful. Spider webs on the stairways. The property is surrounded with security fence and it looks like a prison. Breakfast was not free but it was okay.

The wifi did not work, the heating in my room did not work and it was below 0 degrees Celsius, I couldn’t sleep all night. The reception room was locked and no one was there to help me. I think they should pay me the night fee back

It was comfy after rebooking from a different hotel that was a disaster. Staff was very helpful!! Made our stay better then we had. Distance from the Metro and was loud from the front of the hotel.

Location was not ideal. But close to highway. Too close to an apartment/hotel building that shared same parking lot.

The hotel was close to public transportation. Shower doors or curtains would have been better to keep the water from coming out onto the floor.

Exceptional

We were welcomed by the hotel's general manager! We appreciated his professionalism. He even arranged the terrasse by getting furniture out just for us. Very safe at night, thanks to the night watchman who was very caring. Beds were comfy. We will definitely come back. Breakfast was ok, more options would have been more appreciated.

Small and a bit dysfunctional

Location and comfort of the beds wonderful quality of the pillows easy access to local park. Ideal if travelling with dogs… I hated all the mosquitoes in the room. It was so bad my wife and I are very reluctant to stay here again. It’s very sad as the hotel was perfect in every other way. I have stayed here before. The only reason I stayed again is due to close proximity to the park and very convenient for Paris Orly airport, and priced well. This mosquito issue needs to be addressed with urgency.
