Excellent Nothing

Nice room and very good breakfast.

The breakfast was O´K, BUT there was a problem with the lunch: no options 1. the room cleaneneless, my white pantuflas were black! 2. The shortage of the towels: if you announce to be a 4 star hotels, you should follow the rules: at least 4 towels for a guest! AND the experience with the water flowing out of the ducha!!! 3. The refrigirator does not work at all. I even asked to replace it, BUT I have got the same! 4. And to insult to injury: there is a bottle to be refilled in a room. BUT the equipment on the floor does not work. So One guest has to ask the bottle to be refilled in the restaurant! But If you ase thirsty at 3.00 A.M.?

The location was great, away from the crowds but not so far from the beach. Room was super nice, very comfortable bed, medium sized pool that was suficient enough, the terrace was also a really good place. Breakfast was sufficient, good eggs, fresh fruit and a good selection of bread. I'll definitely come back! TV didn't have wifi or access to apps, that could be a point to improve.

Excellent food at the restaurant; the 3rd floor terrace with pool, lounge chairs - absolutely fantastic; all staff were super friendly and helpful. Great location; safe; comfortable. A bit overpriced for the size of the room. The beds were OK, not great.

I liked the location, close to the city center and beach. Also the internet was good/fast and the breakfast has been included in the price. The view from my room was not great. I was located on the 5th floor only. Also the furniture could be more clean, e.g. on the chair at the desk where were some stains, and hair in the bathroom.

Located in the Vina del Mar area, this hotel offers a safer environment than Valparaiso, even in the evening. There are plenty of great restaurants and bars nearby. The breakfast buffet is overflowing with delicious and generous options. It seems the instant coffee is only provided on the first night, not the subsequent ones. At $400 per night, this is unacceptable. Please review your policy for such a simple yet valuable low-cost service. The bathroom light can’t be on without turning on the entire room, which isn’t practical for nighttime use. I miss the integrated paper towel box that hotels like this usually provide.

Near to all Some staff are snobbish, the only one who is accommodating with us are the staff at the night shift.

Good Location Stuffy room, air conditioner broken, pool was green.

2) The staff at breakfast time were noisy and laughing and one even dancing behind the breakfast area. 3) One waitress clean one breakfast table and thought the floor was a garish can. I waited and only cleaned the floor after asking for that. Just besides us. BAD!!!

Comfortable stay. Staff friendly. Able to store luggage before check-in time. Bad smell in shower area. Breakfast options terrible.

exceptional location, breakfast fantastic, employees take pride in the property and it is very well maintained and in amazing location, I was able to walk to everything in Viña Del Mar and Uber easily to Valpo, special shout out to front desk staff who were exceptional and restaurant staff who really cared about meeting all of your needs! everything was great

The room was good and clean. Novotel is a good company and i always stay with them if there is an occasion while traveling in my country or abroad. The location was good and the breakfast as well. The staffs were very kind and we did also laundry. Nothing really to say
