The hotel is very central and close to the beach (only 10 min walk), amenities and restaurants. The reception has someone there 24/7 and the main door is locked after 11 PM, so super safe Most of the staff were very nice and friendly but one man (I don't know his name) who was quite serious and awkward. The breakfast was quite fresh and tasty despite being quite basic. they don't have cooked food at all (not even hard or soft-boiled eggs) if that is. your thing but the fruit and yogurt was super fresh and a great variety, so for me it was good. The hotel in general is very tired and old. The bathroom had a piece of plastic hanging from the shower door and the main drainage in the middle of the room had been covered by tape only so I put my heel into it without realising it was just tape but luckily it didn't cause any damage to my foot. We talked to the management and they fixed it the next day. The cleanliness of the room is also not great as the bathroom is covered in mould and everything is really old. There wasn't enough room for the table and two chairs, so we had to move them every time we wanted to open the closet door but the bed itself was big. The TV only has local channels and nothing in English, if you are looking to use it and don't speak Spanish. The main entrance and reception/breakfast area is covered in tat, lots of antiques and prints of paintings on the wall (in fabric!) so it looks quite old and grotty. I think they have to clear all that out and repaint/clean properly as it is not very inviting. I think they try to make it look older and stylish but instead it looks cluttered and dirty. There is an indoor patio with a pool which looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years. They need to get rid of that.

Room very clean, staff very professional and helpful, bed very comfortable, great breakfast. Facilities need some updates, bathroom very nice and updated, but smell like sewers and shower very little water coming, wifi didn’t work in the room. The main floor by the pool

The Hotel is in a great location beside lots of Restaurants and Bars. Breakfast was really good. It was the same each morning I.e Fresh Fruit and Yogurt. Followed by toasted Ham and Cheese sandwich and a Sweet Cake. Lots of Tea and Coffee. You could eat in the Lobby or your room. Really good. The Wi-Fi was ok not particularly strong. The staff seemed not to be fully up to speed. When I checked in there was all sorts of problems trying to complete the process. The ladies on check-in had little or no English which was very strange for a hotel reception in a tourist area. In any case they couldn’t resolve the problem but were not happy to let me check-in before getting paid. After about 20 minutes the finally conceded defeat and simply took payment for one night which they could have done much earlier. The rooms are really small and my room was located beside a neighbouring Bar which generated a fair amount of noise until late into the night.
