The location was perfect. i didn’t like the room and the property in general. My room wasn’t that clean and it was kinda cold. It was a little old and i think they need to do some renovation. Despite that if you want to travel low budget you can definitely stay here. Maybe bring a bedsheet so you can sleep on that.

Great location, decent breakfast, unless you drink coffee and then only instant Wifi not given at start, no blow dryer ( which I discovered early morning) , floor was dirty, window did not lock properly so felt unsafe

The hotel room was amazing! The bed was extra comfortable, linen and towels were delicious and everything smelled super nice and clean. The hotel only had 1 or 2 car spots and we needed to ask reception to open and close the gate everytime we wanted to leave with the car. Breakfast was really good but they bring a limited amount to your table. We could have eaten more if there was more available.

Comfortable bed. Extremely small. The restroom was the smallest ever seen in history. Space in between the bed and the wall was lessers then 80 cm to walk.

The locations, the staff, the breakfast and the parking. Florencia is not a Hotel, Florencia is a bed and breakfast. It’s a old and reno two floor house, so it’s a little noise.

Very friendly staff and location Lack of hot water in the shower. The water heater (calefon) didn't work.
