Aqua Vista Resort Hotel

The location only The cleanliness and room service. We stayed for 3 night and got room service only for the first day. We went to front desk asking for towels but they refused by saying we will call your room as soon as we get towels.

The rooms were clean. Had an amazing view of the ocean. Staff was very nice and very helpful.

I had to fix the showerhead before I could use it. The hose that connected the plumbing line to the actual showerhead was hanging in the shower. There were electrical cords on a surge protector hanging from the lamp. The floors were disgusting. I am aware that they’re sand, but the amount of sand on the floors when we checked in means they were never cleaned.The toilet lid was on backwards.

I booked the oceanfront view but it give me the hotel’s pool view room. Asked to switch to ocean view but they didn’t do it

We stayed 8/13-8/16. The hotel was pretty decent. The staff was nice, the ocean front view was amazing . The only main issues were the rooms needs to be updated and the only main issue was only having one elevator.

The location was great. This hotel accepts animals and there was a dog that barked all night and kept us awake and it started back up early in the morning. We were on the 7th floor and the elevator was super slow. There was only one elevator to accommodate all guests as well as the staff. The door to our room had a huge gap under it so light from the hallway shined in the room. There also wasn't a curtain to cover the door to the balcony door either. I had to request 2 blankets to cover both doors. After my stay I have called several times to speak with the manager and she's never there and will not return my messages. This was for our 31st anniversary and it was ruined.

Everything. Very convenient to many attractions, you can use the city's bus system right at the door. Loved the ocean view, beautiful sun sets and sun rises. The staff were amazing, a member of housekeeping when cleaning our room, went beyond and arranged my daughters' stuffed animals nearly on the bed. Very cute. Nothing... Well maybe there's only one elevator..long wait. But no real big deal

Good location and the shower was nice, and the mattress was pretty comfortable. It was dirty and the staff were not helpful at all and were not friendly. Almost always out of coffee and one employee told me,"I am on the phone with a friend and i'm seriously not about making coffee right now." Seemed to be a lot of workers friends hanging out in the lobby and outside. The lobby and hallways always smelled like marijuana. Exit doors were tore up and did not lock. Anyone off the street could walk right in at all hours day or night. We were on the first floor and the lock to the outside was flimsy. Also the door had a sharp piece of metal sticking out and my wife and son in law got cut on it. All curtains, bed clothes, and chairs were stained horribly, some towels were stained, and we seen a dead roach and other live bugs. I booked two rooms and my daughter would not stay there. She and her family went to another hotel. The room had old scratched up furniture and the tv base was busted up, The whole inside of the rooms looked old and junky and dirty. Parking is across the street behind some businesses, very inconvenient. I do not recommend.

Location was great The tile floor in the room. I kept sliding with my cane and almost fell. Not enough pillows. The elevator was horrible to slow and needs an additional elevator for that size hotel. Should automatic doors for handicap guests
