Pool water smelled, room was old and not well maintained, only one elevator for the entire place, parking lot is cramped

Let's start with the parking—it was terrible and very inconvenient. The room was not properly cleaned upon arrival. The baseboards were covered in dirt, there were watermelon seeds on the floor, the couch was dirty, the mirror had smudges, and there was hair on the bathroom floor. The bed sheets also appeared dirty, which was unacceptable. The bathroom was poorly designed. The toilet was positioned awkwardly and was unusually low to the floor, making it uncomfortable to use. Housekeeping did not service the room during our stay. When I asked a housekeeper for clean towels, I was told they didn't have enough available. There were also several maintenance issues. The door latch was not properly secured—it appeared to be held together with putty instead of screws. The stair steps were uneven, creating a potential safety hazard, and the elevator was extremely slow. Overall, while the hotel's location was excellent, the cleanliness, maintenance, housekeeping, and overall guest experience fell far below expectations. I would not stay here again or recommend this hotel unless significant improvements are made.

The room was clean..but let’s talk about the bathroom..dirty wash clothes behind the door, I know it’s the beach, but sand on the floor as you enter the room? Come on maaaan. The hallway had filth and debris in it. I guess the staff dosent care about cleanliness.

For the price I paid I was disappointed. The pull out couch bed mattress was nasty and real thin you could feel the metal very uncomfortable. Had to ask twice about small refrigerator it wasn't getting cold they got the freezer to work but the bottom part still didn't work.

Everything is terrible at this hotel and disgusting. We left early because we couldn’t stand it. No refund was given. Another room was offered. But it was worse than the one we were in. Loud rude people staying there, smells like weed, can’t park in in parking because it’s made for small cars, staff barely speaks English.

This place looks nothing like the website pictures. Floors were so dirty you stuck to them. We were never offered clean towels, toilet tissue or anything during our 4 night stay. The soap and shampoo containers were empty. Good thing we always carry our own. All I can say is, DON'T.

The room was very dirty when we checked in. The floor was filthy and needed a good deep clean. The mini refrigerator was iced over. The sliding glass door did not lock. The living room had a convertible sofa bed that looked like it came from Temu. I don’t think the bed linens were changed from the last visit. The hotel was very noisy. This will not be a hotel we stay at in the future.

I rented a king bed room and when I got to the hotel they told me they didn’t have the room i requested for. The room was dirty, the floor had sand all around the room.

The room is extremely spacious, the moment you open the door you see the sliding doors to the balcony that overlooks the beach and the boardwalk area. Area the front conveniently shows off Ocean view where all the shops and restaurant and entertainment is. But the room itself had two double beds and it's all separate room area with its own AC. It had a bathroom. It had a living room area with a pull-out couch next to the balcony overlooking the beach. Had chairs out on the balcony so you sit, relax and enjoy nature and the different kinds of people around enjoying a life. The vibes were great. Bed was comfortable. The room was mostly clean, you can feel sand on the floor still but that could just be from the door opening and the beach being so close. Highly recommend. Especially if you're looking for a beautiful beach view on a budget

It had a pool and good spot

Dead bug on top of counter. Water leak in bedroom coming up thru the floor. The ceiling in the living room had paint peeling from it. The bathroom had poop on two of the walls that you can see very clearly. Inside the tub was a black spot that had water holding in it and some kind of tape laying there that by the next morning was yellow. The AC leaked onto the hallway which left a puddle of water we had to walk thru. This was by far one of the worst hotels we have stayed in . Will NEVER GO BACK AND WILL ALSO TELL FAMILY AND FRIENDS NOT TO STAY THERE. I feel we should get our money back from this place

Overpriced run down hotel... ( more like motel). Balcony is so Small. Coach was ruined... Inside the one small closet was dirty. Bathroom shower was dirty with crushed hair on the wall... Bathroom is located in the main bedroom real inconvenient. The toilet is literally right in front of the shower. Extremely small Bathroom.

Want a cheap visit. Then this is your place. Other than that I would never stay here again. Ms. Tailor was awesome but that’s it

Nothing like the photos!!!!! The room was absolutely horrible!! Outlets broke, dirty, a false ceiling with tiles falling out, the toilet was crooked and loose. I think they put me in a room that was supposed to be shutdown, only to be tired and try and lay down but the sheets were dirty and pee stained, I went to the front desk to get another room and that room was just as dirty!!! I got a refund and had to book at another hotel. I’m not a picky person by any means, a clean room and clean sheets is all I want and this place had neither!! I wish I took more pictures though!!!!

The parking and location were nice. The rooms really need an update! The curtains were hanging off, the toilet was inches away from the tub, the roof above the shower had a hole, and the room had a smell! I had to go buy cleaning supplies to make it comfortable. I really wanted to leave, but my husband said it's okay for what we came for, which was fishing. But, if you want a room to relax, this isn't the place to stay!

The staff was rude and inconsiderate. The room was dirty and hallway smelled horrible. Overall a terrible experience and I was never choose to stay there again.
