Staff was friendly and courteous,place was well managed

It was a very enjoyable stay

Only 2 washers and 2 dryers for guests and one broke during stay...Definitely need more washers and dryers for a beachfront hotel! Breakfast during the week 730 to 930 plan accordingly if you are leaving early for off site excursions.

Room clean, beds comfortable, breakfast was amazing. Pool really cold, hot tub really hot. elevators not overloaded. balcony nice, access to area activities was handy. would stay again.

Overall a mixed bag. Room Rates are high due to peak tourist time.

Rooms were clean, had daily housekeeping which you don’t always see in a post COVID world. The beds were in the soft side but comfortable. The side of the room with the balcony was bright even with drapes closed and the room was a bit stuffy with the door closed on that side. Maintenance even changed the A/C filter. Breakfast was good and varied a bit each day. The pool and hot tub were clean. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Everything was as expected. We had a nice stay, convenient to boardwalk with a centralized location. Will stay again. Highly recommend. Breakfast good, with a nice variety each day.

Parking is not ideal if you have a car that sits low to the ground, it’s a steep parking garage. Very clean and yummy breakfast. Indoor pool so yes we know the walking area is slippery this one seems extra slippery just keep in mind with little kids

Nothing was amazing here. I stayed for 4 nights and it was alright. Nothing fantastic checking out was a little disappointing i had an 11 hr drive ahead of me so the night before I called to the front desk and asked if they could grab an untoasted bagel and cream cheese for me since id be leaving about 20 mins before breakfast and she said she would but forgot and the lady that was there when I checked out just passed the blame and didnt offer any solution so I mean guest care certainly isnt a priority. The hotel was alright though and clean enough. I dont think id come back though.

My stay was very good. The staff was great and willing to listen and help, any way they could. Breakfast was great but the breakfast area does get a little crowded at times but the guests in which I interacted with were good people. I would definitely stay again.

Hotel was good for the price. Would help if parking was more available for visitors.

Only thing I did not like was no smoking on the balcony But I respected it other than that it was Great

The room was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast has almost anything you could want in a continental breakfast. The breakfast room was very clean and continually being restocked. The hotel has an off-street parking ramp so you can fee secure leaving your car. And it's so conveniently located in Virginia Beach with easy access to the interstate and plenty of shopping and dining options within walking distance. We are planning to stay again when we are in the area.

The rooms were spacious and featured two true king-size beds—something we rarely find in hotels that advertise king beds. The beds were incredibly comfortable and made for a great night's sleep. The food was excellent, and the kitchen staff were friendly, attentive, and courteous, even when letting us know the kitchen was about to close. Breakfast was especially outstanding and quickly became something our family looked forward to each morning. The housekeeping and front desk staff were equally wonderful—professional, welcoming, and always polite. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the beach, and the complimentary parking was an added bonus. I would have preferred a room on a higher floor. When I requested one, I wasn't particularly pleased with the response I received. However, despite that experience, the front desk staff did make an effort to be courteous and accommodating throughout our stay.

Breakfast was great , room was very clean ,location was great some of the staff was very rude . One of the guest that was with us got burned by the coffee machine . Only one staff member was very concerned . Owner was not concerned. The machine does not have any information letting anyone know of the hazard of the tray that holds the cups that is adjustable . If you dont know anything about this type coffee maker then this can happen

Ocean and boardwalk view Constant Marijuana smell in the hallway, indoor pool was extremely cold , and hot tub extremely hot

The hotel staff were always nice and courteous. The hotel was clean and was located in a wonderful location on the boardwalk and close to dining. Our room was ocean front loved the balcony could set out and look over the ocean. We loved the continental breakfast always was hot and delicious. In all loved the hotel will book again. Have no dislikes at all.
