The location was perfect it was clean and the staff was friendly and nice Didn’t like the steps to enter the building from the garage on the fifth floor was kinda hard to bring in my luggage

We had a issue the first day we started our vacation in our room. There was several spots of black mold in the bathroom along the shower. The one corner was covered. When I took the pics and showed the lady at the front desk she said it was not mold ( it definitely was ) and said the manager was not in for a few hours. A few hours later the manager said they would address the problem. They actually sent maintenance to remove the silicone caulk aound the tub and re apply .. When I said it was a health issue and asked for an upgrade or some sort of reimbursement that was ignored. The manager just kept saying we will fix it. (NOT A GOOD START TO OUR VACATION).

It was true Ocean Front The gentleman that checked us in was nothing but argumentative and disrespectful to both my wife and I. Walked up to the counter as if he was going to do something because I refused to allow their maintenance guy to come and disturb the mold and use bleach to clean it. After I told him we were not going to have to smell the bleach as the mold had already affected our breathing, so I told them we were going to have to check out early due to a concern to our breathing problem, that’s when he stepped up to the counter and raised his voice he would just move us to another room, I told him he didn’t make the decision as to what we were going to do, as my Dr highly recommended we head back towards home, 7 hours away, which was a very scary and rough ride for 65 year olds to ride with difficulty breathing

Good price for this hotel with breakfast and beautiful ocean view and big rooms Everything was great so no negative point

My family and I booked this place last minute, which made our vacation budget stretch a bit. This place looked really nice in the pictures, and it was the best I could find at the time of searching. The total came up to $1,012 for 2 nights, but I accidentally put 3 people, and we were 5. When I was paying, it said the room maximum was 5 people; therefore, I thought I was good to go. When I got to the facility, the employee asked how many we were, and I said 5. She charged me for extra guests, but I tried explaining to her that it was a mistake and I thought I was fine. She didn't care and just charged us, which was sort of an inconvenience for us. Apart from that, even though we paid for 2 extra people, we got nothing- no extra bed, like? I tried to understand that, but after seeing the whole facility, I was disappointed to pay so much, and it did not look like the pictures. The pool room is very dirty; they should clean their windows. In the pictures, everything looked pretty, but seeing it in person was disappointing. We got the room with two separate rooms with king-size beds, and it was not worth the price. The place is so small and just not good. I've gone to better places for less money and better hospitality and I do not think I will be coming back:(

It was very clean and convenient. The breakfast and staff were great! The pull out bed was uncomfortable. The halls and elevators were hot - hard to keep cool in the heat.
