A great bargain just blocks from the boardwalk. The building is a little old but the room was clean and the kitchen was good.

Clean & practically close to Beach.. Call for service was promptly answered. Cost was the lowest around. We left with a smile.

There was a sink in the bathroom and one in the room. Both were grossly clogged. Carpets super old. We did enjoy the small pool. They threatened to tow my car because I parked in a wrong space. An employee was yelling and being over the top about it because they had to wait for me to come back from the beach to move it two spots away. Extremely rude and loud and attempting to be intimidating. Will never go there again or recommend it to anyone other than to stay away. Also, ZERO of the pictures on Expedia advertising this hotel, were actually FROM this hotel.

The room was clean, bed was comfortable. Worth the money for sure. Only drawback is the property is a bit dated.

El sitio queda super cerca de la Playa y para el precio que tiene la habitación está excelente. Tiene su cocina el parking está incluido el personal es amable y el check in fui super rapido, a pesar que eramos bastante personas al mismo tiempo realizando el registro. 100/100👍

Bed was good also sheets and towels were clean. Front desk clerk was accommodating.

Although the decor is older, it fits perfectly with the Beach Motel look. It is well maintained. Great location. The RESORT FEE is $10 PER NIGHT per stay. So 5 nights is $50, card/cash, paid at check-in. Maid staff and maintenance are impeccable. Front desk staff, superb.

Parking was included and staff were quick and helpful. Room was nice for the price. Amazing location by the water and the Dome venue.

The room had a heavy smoke smell although it says the room is non-smoking. Other than that for the price the room was okay. The staff were exceptionally kind. Whatever I needed (sheets, tv volume, etc) they were kind enough to assist and promptly. Check in was efficient.

Kitchen? Poor rating.. You have to bring your own utensils, pots, and pans. The stove sitting is medium low, you can set it to high but it's still on the medium sitting because they preset it to medium sitting so that you cannot fry anything in the room, you want to cook something it takes forever to cook because it's in the low setting. Bathroom don't have fan.. Towels smells sour!

For the price, you really can’t beat it. Great location, walking distance to everything VA Beach has to offer. Staff was great, kept everything stocked(towels, tp, coffee, etc.) the pool wasn’t dirty, reasonably well maintained. The hair dryer was broken in our room, we talked to the office and they had a maintenance guy up there in 5-10 minutes replacing it. Microwave didn’t work very well, but we didn’t complain about it because it did the job. The “double beds” are not meant for two people comfortably. They feel like an oversized army cot but they were a place to sleep. They cleaned the balconies with a leaf blower and just blow all the trash off into the bushes down below, there is trash galore in the bushes lining the property on the beach side. Smells like weed and seafood outside. Can’t control what other guests do, but it’s located right next door to a busy seafood restaurant so can’t control that either. No big deal. Only 2 blocks to the beach, 6 to the fishing pier and 9ish to King Neptune. Overall it was an acceptable place to stay. I would be willing to stay there again.

I liked the staff they seemed friendly. The overall cleanliness was poor at best and there were insects like crazy. The reason we wanted a room with a full kitchen was so we could save some money by cooking some of our own food. There was no cookware, plates or utensils. They claimed it was because of Covid yet there was a microwave and coffee maker. We would have never reserved the room if somewhere they would have mentioned no cookware or utensils. The place was old and rundown but that does not justify the lack of cleanliness.

Staff was great and they have sodas,water, and juice available for $1. They have a nice pool. They are very close to the beach.
