She went an extra mile to make our stay comfortable

The hotel was well maintained. The staff was helpful. There was a glitch in the beginning with our room being ready but, it was remedied right away. It’s an older hotel but, everything was clean and well kept. They were strict about guests coming in which made us feel safe. No one allowed in that was not registered. It is a great family oriented hotel. The location is convenient to all things on the walkway.

Loved our room having a king suite was wonderful. You have a seating area as well as the bedroom very clean. The staff was helpful and having a little restaurant on the property oceanfront was wonderful inconvenient to

The staff was very nice and helpful throughout our entire stay! We travelled with 2 adults and 4 children and stayed in the family room. Hotel is older but clean and accommodating. The ocean view off the balcony was beautiful and the back door access to the beach was convenient. The indoor pool was great for when it rained. Location was perfect for what we needed and the price was reasonable as well.

This place was amazing in 1980's. This was the last update on this property. Cleaning can only take you so far, i did not complain or voice any concerns while on site. The toliet paper holder, was just a place to hit your knuckles. The toliet was actually sideways, the refrigerator when the compressor kicked off sounded horrendous.

The two ladies that work at the front desk are AMAZING!! They were always so welcoming and pleasant! The room was spacious and clean, shower was hot, fridge was cold. The balcony was also great, we saw dolphins :)

1 issue is they say no pets but we saw a patron had a dog at the pool which is indoors

This place was perfect for us while attending a two night run of concerts at The Dome. Beautiful ocean front view, excellent restaurant (breakfast was 11/10), easy parking and within walking distance to everything we needed. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would definitely come back!

The room was lovely and quite clean. . The balcony was indeed private. The view was amazing. The location was perfect, in the heart of everything. The staff was all incredibly friendly and accommodating. This is a hidden gem!! We will definitely be back! There were/are zero cons!

On the beach Dated and no equipment for the kitchen

I got a last-minute, last room on a Wednesday. The price was good for the location. Despite the (tacky) haunted mansion attraction across the street, and public restrooms located in their parking lot. This is an older, but clean, property that It is right on the boardwalk, steps away from the beach, and closer to the pier than the Neptune statue (but not far!). There is a small restaurant that serves expensive, for what it is worth bottled beer bar onsite. I did not eat at the restaurant but the food and prices looked comparable to other places on the boardwalk. Highly recommend for a first-time or last-minute trip, especially if you are a solo traveler.

Great location and friendly staff. I traveled here to surf the wave pool. 5 min walk , two blocks away. As mentioned in other reviews, the bathroom could be re-tiled at minimum and add a updated shower head . But its ok , for 2 dudes charging a wave pool ..now if I had a picky wife it might be a different story. But it got the mission accomplished!
