Didn’t like $40 a night parking either than that everything was phenomenal

The small quaintness of the property was nice. The staff was welcoming. My boyfriend is a body builder which requires him to eat meals every 2-3 hours. There was no microwave for the guests to warm up food. Staff were nice to warm in their back area, but it was an inconvenience to do it this way. Overall the facility was nice.

This is by far the most beautiful hotel we have in Virginia Beach! Cannot rave about it enough everything was perfection. The staff the amenities, the decker everything 100% perfect.

Great place to stay!

Unfortunately, one major incident completely overshadowed the rest of the stay. We returned to the hotel late at night and found the exterior doors locked. We had our room key, but it would not let us back into the building. The front desk was completely unattended. We called the hotel repeatedly while standing outside and could literally hear the front desk phone ringing through the glass with nobody answering it. I spent nearly an hour pounding on the glass trying to get someone’s attention before a staff member finally appeared. What was most disappointing was the complete lack of concern afterward. There was no meaningful apology, no acknowledgment of how unacceptable it was for paying guests to be locked outside their hotel in the middle of the night, and no real effort to make it right. Because of this, we barely slept. The next morning, we explained everything to the front desk while asking about a late checkout. We were quoted roughly $200 to stay until 2 PM. Even after explaining that the reason we needed extra time was because we had spent part of the night locked outside trying to get someone to let us in, the response was essentially just a flat “sorry.” No waived late checkout, no manager involvement, no credit, and no meaningful service recovery.

The pool and lounge area were clean and comfortable. The views were amazing a the atmosphere was very relaxing. I would highly recommend staying at the Sitio and we will definitely be back soon.

Only wish is that they had a bigger pool for guest as the wave pool is only for surfing.

The hotel is very peaceful and clean. It has almost a spa like feeling. It’s like you’ve gone to a retreat to reset yourself and get away from everything. Yet at the same time you’re 2 blocks away from any and everything you may want to eat or do.

Love, love, love, the staff, the room, the DJ! What took away a star was the menu (sushi grade salmon on the bagel instead of smoked was definitely a fail and i ordered 3... terrible) and size of the "infinity pool". The cocktails and mocks were amazing. Juices were great. Service staff outstanding as said before. Definitely coming back just having food elsewhere. Please just enhance the menu a make it much larger and room service please. I would love to treat this destination as a full on resort!

The Sitio was clean and modern. The staff was super attentive. I will definitely return.

The bad thing is that it doesn't include anything, only free coffee in the morning (brew coffee). At the reception the staff very friendly and cordial. The impeccable room. I clarify that the pool is small ( 8 people are allowed) and the pool of waves belongs to the first floor business. If you stay on site you can't access the pool of waves that's apart. To eat you must leave the "sitio" and they do not allow to bring food from outside to the room because there is no refrigerator, no kitchen or microwave. Is too expensive doesn’t include anything. The parking is $30 dlrs .

We had a wonderful stay at The Sitio! The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. Our room was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The hotel has a relaxing atmosphere, and the location is perfect—just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The rooftop pool was a great place to unwind after a day out. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Virginia Beach!

My husband and I enjoyed our stay. It was an excellent selection for a mini vacation. We definitely will be returning.

Room was really nice and the pool/rooftop area was great. Very convenient location within walking distance to many stores and restaurants. Beach was a 5 min walk away. Very nice hotel and would definitely stay here again!
