Hotel will allow you to park your car is you arrive early. Check in at 4pm is tedious, short staff, only one person in the desk and long lines. I wait for 1hr or less to check in. There is a extra charge per day for the amenities of the hotel but sincerely the facilities are so bad I not sure why the extra charge is covering. Elevator was broken only one was working so we need it to use the stairs to 6th floor with all our luggage. No cleaning crew unless is requested, trash bad everywhere because guest will leave them in the hallway. Guest restroom in the 4th floor, no toilet paper. Hotel need to hired more cleaning staff to accommodate the number of guest specially in summer time. Parking after 6pm was hard, no parking spots, after returning from our dinner we went around the parking lot several times until finally receptionist was able to let us park in one side of the ramp. Rooms had a decent size. The good thing about the hotel was the staff friendliness, specially the person serving the breakfast, he was great and very on top of refreshing the buffed and engaging with other customers. Overall, for the high price, even understanding high season is overpaid.

Great breakfast everyday. Was a struggle to get towels and never got house keeping. Overall a great stay.

The staff was slightly overwhelmed at check in, guest we're waiting 2 to 3 hours for their room due to staff shortage. Young lady Shyla at the desk was doing her best to handle a rough situation. On Friday at 230am the fire alarm went off and we had the evacuate the building, luckily it was a false alarm. Our room overall was good, I enjoyed the suite floor plan, I was told in September , they are doing a remodel. We'll be bacķ!

It is unsafe. Period. The entire feel of the property is rundown. One elevator did not work and the other moved very slow. At 1:00AM on our first night, someone pulled the fire alarm. People were smoking on their way down the steps. We were given no information for at least an hour. Then, we all had to climb the 10 flights of stairs to our room. We attempted to enjoy the view/balcony- but- the smell was terrrible. The room itself - our sheets were stained. GROSS. The floors were cracked. The room key was very unreliable, and we had to push the door to get in. Nightmare experience. I will be asking for a full refund. I have never written a negative review of a property-ever. I believe it is unfair. However, I feel that I have no choice but to share our nightmare experience. We booked two nights. We only stayed one. It was that bad. Pick another property! Not this one!

Good Location, but building and amenities are in need of renovations. Our balcony door could not even be closed, the curtains were torn, shower door would not close. One elevator got stuck and would not work out of the two they have. certain doors were out of order on first floor, lobby drink/coffee machine was not working our entire stay. Several ice machines were marked as out of order and or not working. Pool area could also use updating and more chairs/loungers.

Staff was excellent, especially in the cafeteria and front desk. Breakfast was good.

First night fire alarms going off had to stand out side for a while. Not good for people that don’t do weed smells very strong. Breakfast was very good and staff was nice but the elevators always broken and when fixed always along wait

Rooms were given away, waited hours before checking in. Staff was nice but not efficient

2am in the morning, the fire alarm is on. Everyone has to get out of the building.

Enjoyed our stay here. Staff were great, room was nice. We especially enjoyed the kitchen staff for breakfast in the mornings! The largest downside were the elevators. You will genuinely spend 10-15 minutes waiting for them at times, only for it to land on your floor to be too full to join anyways. Ended up getting stuck on one due to too many people being on it.

The staff was very friendly the room was. Very clean and spacious what i didn't like was having to go ask for towels and toilet paper because we had no house keeping yet they charged me a extra 15 dollars a day for the amenities by the way I wasn't aware of this extra charge so I guess house keeping is not included in the 15 dollars extra a day!!!!!!

This was a beautiful hotel right on the beach. It was clean and quiet with a stunning view of the ocean. The building itself is a bit dated but they do a very nice job keeping it up. I would stay here again and again.

$20 night parking fee with junked cars in the lot that have been sitting for days after an accident apparently in a prime parking spot.

Hotel was quiet, staff all very friendly breakfast was very good, only problem with room only had one chair on balcony I asked a staff person they wrote it down but never seen another chair, parking was very very tight if you have truck I'd say fine another hotel..
