Could not connect to wi fi at all. Carpet frayed in room and coming off elevator to point of tripping over it. Website said continental breakfast and did not

I checked in on Thursday at 4:00. The rooms smelled clean, but was extremely dated. I could see sunscreen stains on the comforter, but otherwise ok. I dropped off my bags and headed out to meet with my friends staying elsewhere. That night, as I got into the uncomfortable bed, my son noticed a roach on the wall. We checked out immediately. I contacted Expedia for a refund. They contacted the property who denied my refund request. Absolutely horrible experience.

Unfortunately, I decided to report that the battery cap was missing as well. I was never able to get another remote after being promised by maintenance.

La limpieza pésimo de n 4 días nunca nos limpiaron la habitación. Y eso que le pedíamos y no la hacían el baño duro 2 días tapados El microondas no servía y la respuesta. Es q no tenían remplazo Muy malo el servicio en la limpieza. El lugar está muy sucio

The stay was great, staff was great. The only thing that would have made it better would be complimentary breakfast or a restaurant off the hotel. We had a 1 month old, a 2 year old, a disabled adult, and a senior citizen so it was hard to get everyone to the restaurants down the strip

Only thing I had a problem with was the parking

Everything was great for our few days. The staff members were great!! The only thing, if we need to mention any, the electrical outlet and blow dryer in the bathroom would not work. The outlet itself was the issue, I think, because nothing else would work when we tried. Kind of caught me off guard since I didn't bring a blow dryer because of one being in the room. Plus, it could not be detached from the wall to take to a different location. Also, there were a few light bulbs out in the lamps as well. Again, first world problems. LOL If our stay were longer I would have called the desk, but we managed. We were just in the room to sleep. Overall, it was a good stay and we will be back! Could not get more convenient to the beach, the boardwalk, and the oceanfront view. We were on the 7th floor so it was great!! Again, we will be back. :)

Friendly staff, great location, beautiful view from the room. Coffee & infused water in the lobby are nice touches. A convenience/souvenir shop is attached, along with bike rentals. The elevator at hallways looked a bit sketchy but we were pleasantly surprised at the clean and spacious rooms with beautiful views!

The cost/quality ratio of this hotel is totally off. It's mostly old and decrepit, with many amenities needing cleaning or renovation: the peeling popcorn ceiling in the bedroom, the sticky carpet, the bathtub with a weird "sticker" on the bottom, the elevator with buttons you barely want to touch, the TV from the last century with a remote that holds with masking tape... Certainly, the view from all rooms facing the beach is amazing. But at more than $400 a night, they need to offer a lot more than that. Good point nevertheless: the beds were comfortable.

This is a very outdated hotel, the hallway smells of cigarettes and beer, door from the beach to the lobby is broken - you have to walk to the street side to access the hotel from the boardwalk. But is it is ON THE BEACH WITH A GREAT VIEW and the air conditioning works well!! You get what you pay for. Buyer beware.

I’d definitely stay here again, that said, I wish they would deep clean the property. Also, 2-3 lights didn’t work in the room and the elevator broke twice and we were on the 8th floor.

Staff receptionists were super friendly and helpful. Beach view is beautiful. Location is perfect. The place is a bit rundown, needs updating but still served its purpose.

Gorgeous oceanfront view from the 5th floor, but the room looks like a crime scene from NYPD blue. Dirty tub, broken safe. On the plus side, got a bit of a thrill from riding the elevator. For the daring only

The front desk staff was very nice especially Stephanie .The room was clean an air conditioning was nice and cold.

Nice beach front place. Excellent access to the beach.

It’s in a lovely spot and Bobby one of staff was soo nice and very informative
