Staff was very helpful

That it was a short walk to the beach even though you had to walk through a alley It wasn’t what I asked for when I was booking my filter request was for beachfront location ocean view and balcony for the price of this motel it truly wasn’t with it a rip off the location was off you would miss it you wouldn’t think this is where you booked a room at you had to park almost 3 blocks from the location and pay for that to get to your room we had to clime these uneven concrete steps it was dirty smelled like animals droppings trash was around it was like a crack motel had guess ask if we new where they could buy drugs the room had patches on the wall a flat shower which was dirty I can go on and on I would never book this place again nor suggest it to anyone

The price was reasonable considering it was right on the beach

Once at the hotel to check in, we were told it would be an additional fees 60 per night for our small dog) then $17 a day for parking plus $20 to check in 1.5 hours early. it would have been nice to know it was going to be 85 extra per day on top of what I already paid for the room!!!

The staff was amazing. But the door key stopped working 2nd day in. Had to get the office to unlock door everytime left. They did attempt to fix the problem but it happen shortly after again. Last night they finally switched rooms because it was an inconvenience for everyone involved. There is no ice machines. We were told to go to the store below us. When did they laughted at us then charged 11.50 for a small bag of ice.

Dirty, outdated, overpriced

For a hotel, this level of cleanliness is unacceptable. I hope management takes immediate action to improve its housekeeping standards so that future guests do not have a similar experience.

1 - Was charged $60.00 for one pet per night, that is insane. Most places charges $10.00 a night. 2 - Arrived 3 hrs early and asked could we park and go to the beach till check in and was charged $40.00 for early check in. Wasn't asking to go to the room, asking permission to park our vehicle. 3- You could only change Channels from standing up in one location of the room in front of the TV. 4 - Thought we had a ocean front and was facing the next building. 5 - When you say you are bring a pet, it should be included in the total, when you pay up front. 6 - Had parking spaces but had to park a block away. Had stayed there before but this is the last time. Very disappointing.

Trash Everything

I paid for a one-night stay for my whole family, but because I had my sister's small dog with me—she was also in Virginia Beach—he wanted to charge me extra money. I told him the dog wasn't mine, and he tried to kick me and my entire family out of the hotel in the middle of the night—something I didn't let happen.

I wouldn't Recommend To Anyone

The Property is run down, the floors had sand on them and the shower also had sand.

Horrible rude ma

This has the potential to be a nice place, however I feel the staff doesn’t clean like they should. The reviews showed clean bathrooms, but there was nothing clean about ours. It also shows parking available, but doesn’t mention it is $30 a day or two blocks away. The location is nice, but that’s it, Beds are really small. My hubby is 6’ and his feet hung off the bed. Mattresses are hard and killed my back and hips after one night, I don’t normally complain, but if I’m paying $600 a night I expect a little better quality.
