Súper bonito excelente

Stayed on first floor with beachfront access. Area outside door was littered with garbage and debris from boardwalk. Exposed A/C and/or electrical equipment right outside door was an eye sore. Lastly, there was no fence or railing to separate our glass sliding door from very public boardwalk. Felt like someone could knock on glass door anytime.

The view was wonderful, the staff were nice especially the front desk team. breakfast was clutch especially with kids. The room was not as thoroughly cleaned, there’s fake eyelashes stuck to our table and bed linens. Bathroom was ok and stocked with amenities like hair dryer and toiletries.

Great beachfront location in the middle of the boardwalk. Staff very kind and helpful. Easy walk to everything. We will come back!

Overall the room and hotel was great for the price. The balcony could have used a little cleaning and the outlet where the coffee maker was plugged in did not work. But the beds were very comfortable and the room was spacious and clean.

The hotel provides limited housekeeping but if you ask staff for additional coffee, water, towels etc they will accommodate. There were stains on the rug but overall the room was fine.

I had soured a bit on Hampton Inn's over the past few years. I traveled alot for work. This was a pleasure stay. A short week, Monday till Friday. The staff was excellent! Property was very clean, especially for being beach front. Definitely will stay here again. I would rate this the best Hampton I have stayed in over the past 5 or more years.

I loved the location and the view from the balcony was very beautiful. I loved the staff as well, everyone was very welcoming and no one made me feel bad or out of place along with my family. The hallways were hot and it felt like there was no AC, but it didn’t really matter since we weren’t trying to hangout out in the hallways and elevators for too long.

I absolutely loved my stay! I forget the person's name but the nighttime front desk person was lovely. I would definitely stay here again.

Location Cleanliness and hygiene

Hampton Inn Virginia Beach 3107 property accommodates pets and they have dogs of all sizes running around barking etc. Plus my kids are allergic to dogs and cats and I informed the front desk, the number on bookings.com to contact the property and they could not offer any help. It is one of the most terrible stay I encountered. Hampton Inn Virgina Beach 3107 property allowed guest with pets and they told me the 4th floor and above is pet free. I booked 2 rooms and was on the 4th floor and both rooms on each sides has guest with pets (dogs). Again, my kids are allergic to cats and dogs. They get sick. This trip was Suppose to be a fun vacation trip. I would not recommend Hampton Inn. Also, we checked out yesterday around 6am and they normally give you a breakfast bag with bagel etc in it to travel. 20 minutes into our journey we opened the breakfast bag and to our surprise, the bagel has MOULD all over it. I have pictures of it and I am planning to post it all over social media. This is disgusting and unacceptable.
