Very nice hotel only issue is had an ocean view room and it was more city view than ocean. And the elevators didn’t constantly work

The pool area was nice, but we were disappointed that the indoor pool was not heated. Having a heated indoor pool would have made the experience much more enjoyable. On the positive side, the staff was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our stay. Their customer service definitely stood out and helped make our visit more pleasant. Overall, the room was fine and we enjoyed our stay, but addressing the cleanliness details, cigarette odor, and indoor pool temperature would make the experience even better for future guests.

Overall great place to stay at, only issue is the Passenger elevator, the wait is too long! Family friendly spot!

Twice, staff tried to enter our room, due to a mix-up in communication. They thought we were checking out, but we were not. However, we felt safe during our stay. The parking garage was convenient and hassle free. The drinks were over-priced in the restaurant. The beach view was beautiful and perfect for the fireworks.

The room was very spacious and the view was great. The ice machine on floor 12 had black stuff in the ice which made it unusable. The plastic drinking cups in the kitchen were dirty. One had what looked like mold in it and the other smelled very strongly of maple syrup. It was really strange. Overall we enjoyed ourselves.

What concerned me even more was noticing that the long wait seemed to be a recurring issue around check-in time on the other days as well. I understand that delays can happen, but a 2-hour wait appears to be more than an isolated incident and could definitely be improved. The cleanliness and helpful staff were definitely positives, but I hope management addresses the check-in process so future guests don’t experience the same inconvenience.

Cockroach’s found outside our room on the 15th floor. After killing one I went down to the managers desk. 3 of them there. No apology and not one of them went up to remove it. No credit issued or anything to make up for the fact of seeing a live 2 inch cockroach two sets from the room you are paying 650 a night for. Next day roach is still outside the room. Now there is two. Went down to desk again. No manager available to speak. Finally after a day I spoke with Kanya. She told me she would have a resolution. Never got back to me. Mold in shower. Floors dirty. Insane for paying over 3k for 5 days. A reasonable credit should have been given considering this is your neglect. Guests pay what you ask expecting a pest free stay. Unreal that no one resolved this yet.

2 inch cockroach found outside my room on the 15th floor. Managers at the front desk all three of them did nothing to resolve the situation. Nothing offered. On top of that no one removed it. I had to look at it for the next 24 hours. Had to ask 5 members of staff before we got it out of there. I have all the photos time stamped and will be posting online. Given that we spent nearly 8,000 dollars to stay 5 days for 2 suites at the very least they could have offered something. Seeing a live roach crawl toward the room you are paying 650 a night to stay in absolutely insane. The lack of follow up blows my mind. The one time I was able to speak to a manager she told me she would call back as she was dealing with a fire issue. Never heard back. Not even a call up to my room or offered to change rooms. Complete lack of accountability. Mold in the shower. Had to go to target and clean the shower myself. Floors dirty. Only 2 elevators in the entire place. My elderly parents had to stand for an extended period of time to get up and down. Overall a waste of money. I thought Hilton property would have higher standards and systems in place. Disappointing to say the least. Hopefully someone reaches out to me to resolve this as no one has. Sadly it doesn’t seem that anyone cares. Guest recovery is extremely poor.

Parking was a little annoying and staff could have been little more friendly. But it was a nice and clean hotel with a lot to offer

Great room, but wish the beach loungers and umbrellas were included with the stay. Breakfast’s would also be good to have!

Room was nice- clean and stayed cool. Amenities were dicey. You SHARE two pools with neighboring hotels. Chairs are filled before 9am. Too many guests, not enough space. Pool was closed for an afternoon. Indoor pool is amazing! And never as busy, but it’s inside. Hot tub was shut down at one point. Not sure why. And the over 21 rule is GREAT!!! Our room kept having electrical issues and Cher at the front desk was so kind and helpful. The electrician came right away but problem persisted. They eventually had to change out the circuit breaker to get it to stop shutting off. Problem solved, but for the inconvenience, it would have been nice to have an upgrade. It was not offered. Overall, the hotel workers are amazing and work hard, also very friendly. The hotel set up is questionable with all those shared amenities.

Room ok beds are not Queen size even though it states Queen , Aqua pool was out of commission as well as hot tub .

Property was very clean, I loved the adult pool and hot tub. Staff was very patient and helpful, something was going on that the rooms were not available for check in at 4pm. Hotel was packed and we couldn’t check in until after 6pm. Staff remained calm, something guests were upset but they kept their cool. The manager was walking around answering questions and passing out waters until everyone could get situated. Please get OCEANFRONT and not ocean view like I did I was a little disappointed but it was a jacuzzi tub in my room so I was satisfied. I would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful time… it was our first time… my kids enjoyed so much…. We can’t wait to be back next year again!!!

The customer service is the best I’ve experienced in a Vacation Club. Bravo to the in-house front Reception Managers like Miss K. She made our experience seamless as we changed from one room to another within our stay at Ocean… This is a special place because the credit goes to the staff who make it feel just right!

I loved how everything was close or nearby

We had a great time. Everyone was so helpful. We can't wait to come back next year. We did think out suite was a little small for us. Could you give me some room numbers of the bigger suites for our trip next year😊😊
