Check in was a mess took long time no carts for your stuff the line was extremely long to even get checked in cars were parked anywhere and everywhere. Room I paid for I didn’t get. Bathroom setup was ridiculous the shower door banged into toilet when opened very small area. Staff was great and helpful

I will go back every time I visit. Check in wasn’t until four and they couldn’t offer us early check in so they let us use the pool and all amenities while we waited. They had a separate pool for adults with a hot tub that was fabulous. Everything was clean, well maintained and perfectly located. The staff was friendly and helpful. 10/10

Staff was really nice and it was a nice hotel but the fact I spend a nice portion for a night at the hotel and for me not to be able to check in, since my room wasn’t ready. Mind you check in time was 4pm and I arrived at the property at 7pm and wasn’t able to check in till around that time. I do appreciate the staff for accommodating us and giving us access to the pools and everything. But for me to spend as much as I did for my room to not be ready is very upsetting.

Very private and clean

The staff were very accommodating but the facility was dated and my room has a few issues with cleanliness. I had to clean certain areas myself and stumbled upon two keys that were left from prior guests and still worked to open my room. My pillow had hair and lint on it and my tub was not cleaned. The AC unit in my room kept me up all night, it hums like an old Buick and started knocking at 3am and woke my Wife and zi up. We reported it but wer we not able to change rooms. A technician tried to fix it but we had a repeat on the second night and had to sleep in the living room area

Great place to stay both couple and family friendly.

Our room could have been cleaner on arrival. The floors were not cleaned very well at all. Other than that everything was amazing especially the bartenders at the tiki bar Abby and Brandon. Then entire stag was great for the entire stay

This hotel was not as great as I expected. We drove almost 6 hours and I called ahead of time to see if we can check in early because my son has special needs and was told yes should not be a problem and we get there and had to stay by the pool which was very nice but they didn’t allow us to check in until 3:45 and my son had to be changed and needed to lay down it was very inconvenient because we would have left later instead of going earlier. Also, we asked for more towels they told us they were bringing them up right away and we never received them. The pools got very crowded and the bar served weak drinks for 20.00 a drink. The hotel walls were paper thin we heard people talking laughing and yelling at midnight it woke us up and also smelled weed in the middle of the night. I thought the hotel was pretty clean but I don’t think we will be back there to stay. We paid a lot of money to stay there and it was not worth what we paid for it a lot of sketchy people walking around too.

This was my first time staying at this hotel for a few days, and honestly, it was one of the best hotels I’ve ever visited. From the excellent customer service to the cleanliness of the rooms, the pool, and everything else, my experience was outstanding. From now on, whenever I visit Virginia Beach, this will be the only hotel I choose for my stay. I sincerely recommend it to anyone planning to stay in Virginia Beach

Hello my name is Sara Freire, The hotel check-in was terrible; we had to wait an hour and a half because the room wasn't ready at the scheduled check-in time. The toilet was broken, and they never brought the sheets or blanket for the sofa bed. Plus, the service at the front desk was really bad.

It’s not even about the staff—it’s not their fault. But having only one person handling check-ins is honestly insane. I waited almost 30 minutes in line, and each check-in took about another 15 minutes. There definitely should have been more staff available to help manage the check-in process.

The check-in process was an absolute disaster!! It took over 2 hours just to get your rooms and they did nothing to try to fix this huge inconvenience. This took away substantial amount of time from our vacation

I loved everything about this location it was great for the kids and my wife really appreciated the separate living

Hot tub wasn’t hot

Front desk usually has a line and moves slow. Checked in just after 4pm. Room was not ready for an hour and a half. Otherwise the pools are awesome and the kids loved them. Right on the beach and boardwalk.

Clean spacious room. Kitchen was well equipped. Excellent location to beach, restaurants, bars, live music and parking! Staff was very friendly and helpful!

Location Hectic check in . No carts. Didn’t enforce wristbands. Anybody could walk in off beach and use facilities
