Very nice people, close walking to ocean, and clean rooms

Good staff

It was plain but gave us the basics of what we needed: right by the beach, clean room, shower door (I hate dirty curtains in hotels), fridge and cable tv. It was like a cute little dorm. Only issue was not that of the hotel but the airplanes from the military flying all night were a bit of a nuisance. If you are looking to save money because you only need to shower and sleep then stay here. Parking included and easy too.

Clean room, great location. Upon departure, realized I left my ID and bank card in the room. Owner went out his way to locate my belongings. Much appreciated.

This is. 2 star hotel. Not worth over $400 per night. This is not the hotel advertised. It was supposed to be ocean front with indoor and outdoor pools. The room was supposed to have / bathrooms and not one. The A/C sounds like a helicopter and hard to sleep at night. A refund is due

But it is not well-maintained: - Our room was a 3rd-floor walkup. The only elevator only reaches half the rooms (one side) of the hotel - There was no ceiling light in our room, and the desk light was dead. The front desk staff eventually brought us a new lightbulb. (They have no maintenance staff at night). The bulb flickered badly, and the lamp killed the new bulb too, within 10 minutes. - There was no soap/body-wash in the bathroom dispenser - The shower water took 5+ minutes to reach temperature - We had insects (earwigs?) scuttering across the floor On the plus side, the staff that was present were cheerful and helpful

The staff was very friendly and the room was clean. Also, the housekeeping team were amazing, and one even went above and beyond to make sure my stay was great.

Staff were great. The mattresses need to be replaced. Very uncomfortable on both beds.

We stayed for 3 nights and it was honestly the best the staff were so nice and made you feel safe!!! The breakfast was great and the pool was nice. The view was just right!! Would stay again!!

The staff and property manager were wonderful. the room, while updated was not what we saw pictured on Expedia. This property was right off the beach.. there was anther surestay studio right ON the beach. I believe this is the one I thought I was booking. continental breakfast was not as pictured but fruit and dry cereal. there are plenty options around the hotel however. I would not stay again I would make sure I select the right hotel that's my error but we still had a wonderful time and would come back to Virginia Beach!

Exceptional

Room was very clean. Having a kitchen is a bonus. Free parking. Across street from boardwalk. Small outside pool. Continental breakfast.

The facility was extremely clean and very comfy. The bedroom was large king sized bed with a large room. Josa was excellent as the clerk. She was a pure pleasure. The elevator was confusing. I'm still not sure how the elevator electronics worked. But we got where we were going.

The lady at the front desk was wonderful, I wish I remembered her name. Customer service 10/10. The room and bathroom were very clean. No complaints.
