Front desk manager was rude, asked for late check out blatantly refused. First he said I wasn’t a Marriott Bonvoy member, when I mentioned my membership ID then he quickly replied, but you’re not an elite member. Okayy sir Goodbye! Property is really nice… management not so much.

We had a fabulous stay- location, service, beach and pool, dining options, valet service, daily housekeeping, a nice balcony with two chairs, One issue with room was the auto light in the bathroom- it was very bright and woke up everyone- the other issue was the elevator- difficult to use- room key did not unlock floor access

We paid for a beach view, were given a view of the roof. Was told we’ll if you book through Expedia, you’re promised a room but not necessarily the one you selected? Food was mediocre from Tulu but incredibly expensive. Waits at each restaurant on the resort were outrageous even though they were not fully seated- seemed like they were just always understaffed. Indoor pool was not heated and many guests were complaining because it was uncomfortable. Water heater went out for showers in the room- took a bit to fix. We’re locals and stayed down there for my daughter’s surf camp but would likely pick the Hilton on 30th next time.

This was my second time staying at the hotel and it was a good time again.

The room was clean and the staff was very helpful but the room was a bit dated. The partial beach view was nice.

Every time I use the elevator, the card reader rarely worked. I heard so many complaints about it. The Balcony is so small you can hardly sit down. The bathroom shower is drizzling. Out- dated facilities and way overpriced.

The pool area I booked for an oceanview room months ago and they told me they did not have any available. They gave me a cheaper room with no view and did not give me any money back.

The hotel is very nice with beautiful rooms and balconies. We enjoyed the balcony a lot. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom is very nice and a make up mirror is a big plus. The cleaning service in rooms is excellent. The beach is NOT private and the pools could be better cleaned. Lots of send on the floor of the pools. There isn't separate kids pool. Two beach chairs are included with the room but anything else like sunbed or reclining chairs are extra charge. Overall nice minus the pool. Clean beach. Orion’s restaurant very nice and delicious food.

The aesthetic. The staff was not helpful for customer service oriented. They nickel and dimmed for every single thing in the hotel and in the room. It’s not worth the cost. You better off actually going out the country or to another state.

The only thing I have to complain about is waiting more than one hour to get my luggage from bellman.

Staff was very courteous and helpful. Facilities were very good. We paid for a room with an ocean view patio. The noise from the air conditioning units was unbearable and made the patio useless. I mean REALLY loud. You can hear it a little inside the room but outside - forget about it!! I would suggest if you are going to stay here to make sure you don't get a room on the north side of the building. Also, there is parking on the property but I never had to pay $27/day to self park at any place I've stayed in my 40+ years of traveling when you factor in the high room cost.

Would go back again.
